Yolanda got everything done quickly and had a great attitude despite a very packed office. Another employee cleaned the windows. I definitely recommend this location.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I feel the need to warn people. I was rented a vehicle from this Alamo location with a unaddressed safety recall, which they did not disclose until I returned home and received a notice in the mail. The vehicle ended up suddenly turning off with no notice and stranding my family in a dangerous location. Alamo would not assist when we called for help because we were located in a dangerous location: we were told to call back when we were safe. State Troopers responded to help transport my family, including two kids with car seats, to a safe location and called a tow company to tow the vehicle. Weeks later Alamo charged my credit card for the time the car sat at the tow yard. It has now been two months and I have still not been able to talk to anyone at the Alamo location about the incident or the inaccurate bill. Alamo doesn’t appear to care about the safety or satisfaction of its customers.

We booked a full size SUV for two weeks but got a minivan. We wanted to cross the Canadian border to see Niagara Falls from the Canada side. Since SUVs have been damaged in Canada in the past, it is now not allowed to cross the Canadian border with SUVs. During the booking we stated that we wanted to go to Canada and nowhere did we get any indication that it was not possible to book the SUV. We were only informed about this on site in Boston, without any price adjustment, even though the minivan would be cheaper.
On top of that, the minivan was dirty. We wrote to Alamo twice after leaving Canada saying we wanted to exchange the car, with no response! No accessibility, absolutely disappointing!

Renting from Alamo at this airport and using their app to set up my pick up to avoid waiting in line at the counter was so convenient. I arrived and went immediately to pick up our car and had my choice of mid size SUV that I had reserved. And from this airport, there is several gas station just before you drop off your Rent-A-Car, which makes it extremely convenient if you have to return your car with a full tank. Overall this was a great experience.

Yuk! I rented a compact car from them in Cleveland for three days and piled on all the fees and insurance I could which totaled $425. I wanted to be sure I had no problem. Now I get a notice from their collection agency EAN that I owe them money! What! after calling and emailing they tell me to ignore that notice. Now I just got another notice from EAN that I owe them money. Do not rent from Alamo!!!!!

ALAMO - a huge DISAPPOINTMENT.Get this:I rented a car for 10 days for $ 645,09. On the tenth day I called Alamo to ask for a 3 day extension. They said the extension is approved with no extra charges. Never received an email confirmation. When I returned the car on the agreed upon date, the total amount to pay was $ 2.938,87 (4,6 times more!!!). A lot of money, right?I've been calling them every week since and they would say: “your case got escalated to corporate management. Wait 48 hours for your refund (of $ 2.293,78).”48 h passed and no refund. The last time I called a week ago and asked to talk to a supervisor, they told me they escalated the case to the highest level possible and that manager will call me back within 24 h. Guess what, never got the call. Are they lying to my face? Is Alamo just a corporate of thieves? I hope not.
