Studio is intimate, inviting, and warm. They have mats, blocks, and bolsters for public use which is a huge plus for me. I went for the first time for Jodi’s yin and sound bath class. if you havent had a sound bath youve got to try it! She had about a dozen instruments including crystal sound bowls, a drum that sounded like waves/rain and a variety of chimes. It was so so relaxing and a wonderful change to be still compared to faster more movement based yoga classes I am used to! Will definitely be back!

Post COVID, I was relatively sedentary before joining Akasha. Definitely recommend for people who are slowly transitioning out of a funk and want to start exercising regularly again. Anna's class made stretching feel pleasant again, and Lynne's class is always wonderful and peaceful. The studio is clean, classes are never crowded and the reiki sessions are a great complement to the practice. I am so happy this place is open.

This is more than just a yoga studio, it is a community of healers and for healing. Highly recommended!

A hidden gem. My entire week;s schedule revolves around my Wednesday yoga class--it's that good! The space is warm and inviting and the instructors are the same. I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years and this is my favorite class ever.

I loved the friendly staff and welcoming feel of this studio. I went to check it out on their open day and had a great experience, I'll definitely go back. The only thing I found less than satisfying was the loudness of the location- it's essentially a storefront, so every car horn, pedestrian conversation, restaurant chatter, can all be heard. If you're good at tuning out noises like that then this spot has great teachers and a nice community feel. However if you're looking for silence to hear your breath, it may not be for you.

Beautiful space, beautiful people, walking distance to my house... It's the perfect hidden gem.
