Enjoyed the coffee I got. Nice to see short lines and quickly getting guests their items so the can be in their flights. Made the airport smell great too.

The terminal is very nice. It has several high-end shops where you can purchase some last-minute gifts, and to duty free stores that are basically identical to one another on four ends of the terminal. Headless is a terminally is where you go for all your international flights. There is a Legal Sea Foods cafe here, long with a wine bar, and two sports bars. Definitely a place where you can pregame to get rid of those airplane jitters. If you are a credit card holder that is associated to any particular Airport Lounge, the second level in the terminal has some very nice lounges I provide shower, private study rooms, free internet, and a complimentary bar.

Terminal E !! is an embarrassment, from the paper airplanes, to the zig zag configuration, Not to mention the gridlock kaos outside! Our airport must be the worst international airport in the nation!! My son could design a more functional and welcoming space!! Thank you Massport & Massachusetts hacks!! Do not fly in from an international destination! Go to another city and fly in on a domestic flight to Boston.

Flying Hawaiian with a very early departure, I was shocked how little concessions were open. Starbucks manned by two people and that was about it. Sbarro opened second but it's not really my go to for breakfast. Logan needs to better address the needs of early morning customers. Also TSA Pre not available in the am.

Possibly my least favorite terminal in Logan, though something has to be said about the speed of TSA check-ins here. We got through in only 15 minutes! They did renovate the area a while aback so it's much more comfortable than it used to be. To the long layover folks, unfortunately not a lot of comfortable places to catch a few zzzs. The chairs all have armrests and while there are some comfortable chairs here and there, they are usually claimed. The food court is alright, but beware long lines at the Starbucks. (But let's be honest, did you expect a quiet Starbucks at the airport?)

These people never gave me a receipt (said their printer was out of ink and it would be emailed to me, it never was.) It turns out they lied to me about the services of plan I was signing up for, I guess so they could compete with the other wireless providers offering better deals. I called customer service, they refused to provide an receipt or resolve the situation. It's the perfect setup—defraud and misrepresent to tired internationals coming off log flights, rush them through, refuse to provide documentation, get a commission. Then when you call customer service they just have no way, no way whatsoever to help you, but why would they when they get the lion-share of the revenue from the fraud of their agents. Also they will tell you that you have to go back to that store to get a receipt, there is just no way for them to email one to you even though they have all your data and records, it's just not possible. Nope, they are just so helpless and sorry, but they can't do anything.

What a disgrace! This must be the worst time international terminal in the US. If you a considering using Boston Airport for an international flight, don't.

This terminal is never a problem for me which I love. I always hate going to the airport because of all the traffic and the inconsiderate drivers/taxis. I recently done a drop off in this terminal and it was easy and I didn't feel rushed to move my car at all. I even had to wait an hour for check in and so I just sat in my car until the time cam and no one asked me to move which was super convenient instead of having to driving back around! I don't know how it is in the morning but at night time it sure isn't too busy so there weren't too many cars in the way.

They have renovated and the space and looks much better now! The area before had looked dirty and old. The newer space gives off a cleaner vibe with its bright colors and white floors. The seating also has usb charging, bringing the terminal to the 21st century and is also outfitted with loads of comfy seating selection near the Starbucks. This definitely gives off a more pleasant travel experience for those coming through Logan.

I'm a fan of Dunkies in Massachusetts no matter where I go! Checked in to two seemingly Terminal C @ Logan Dunkies because they were right next to each other in the Yelp check in. I'll add this same review to that check in as well. Service was quick and painful, while I waited for my flight back to Florida. The counter was clean and orderly and the staff was to the point. There was a line behind me, so they not only got my order correct (and everyone else's), they made the excellent attempt to read back everything ordered for that trip. I think it's to make sure the other staff knows who ordered what. It's not like we were all getting a dozen donuts or a box of Munchkins. Haha. It made me realize that I deathly miss Dunkies in New England; there's a water difference (and I love that dirty water), for sure. Although the "large, iced, regular" hit the spot on an August day, I should have ordered a plain bagel with a schmear of cream cheese to go as well. It would have been the perfect end to my trip back home. Oh well. Thanks, Logan Dunkies!

This is the best terminal in Boston as it is the international terminal. It all seems to be functional and working, which is good. Immigration doesn't take to long in the citizen/permanent resident line. I have heard that the other line in universally terrible nationwide but don't have direct experience with that.

This terminal has been the only terminal I've ever been to with seats made for comfort. They have lounging chairs and comfy sofas. Although they have a limited selection, it's exciting to see. Especially since i have a bad lower back. If you're from New England then you know that the summers are always busy up until Labor Day. My wife and I were traveling to Iceland the week before Labor Day which is like the peak of the peak season. And there was no wait at all, we were able to zip through TSA in just two minutes, i kid you not, it took us just two minutes, for an INTERNATIONAL flight. The process was so seamless. I was dreading it since our Global Entry hadn't cleared yet, but they did an amazing job. They also have good eating options here like Stephanie's and Legal Seafood, which is a Bostonians favorite.

Watched 3 people order, the line barely moved. Looked at my phone and over 15 mins past. I've seen slower Dunkin' drive throughs move faster than the line. Only two workers for a morning shift here, that's is ridiculous. The line was long as a boarding line.

By the way, if you have a red-eye flight and you are looking for something to eat, Dunkin Donuts at the Boston airport is open. With that said, it was not my first choice. Sweets first thing are not my thing! Luckily, they did have bagels with cream cheese so I was saved! That morning, the line was extremely long, but when nothing else is open, what are you going to do. Unfortunately, my experience was not the best, because after waiting in the long line my order was lost. They did remedy the situation but still it took longer than it should have.

I had Horrible experiences 2 times I have been in this location. Services are bad long lines a mess between people ordering, paying, and taking their coffees. Employees are rude and uneducated. I expect that being at an airport, Dunkin Donuts would measure up to standards but totally wrong. First experience the employee was by herself yelling at people to hurry and get their coffees on counter (including me) which I didn't know was the corner where they put the coffee cups for pickup (how was I suppose to know if it was the first time there??)Last time I was there my coffee came without cup holder (you know the ones that protect your hands when coffee is too hot) found in all the other locations when I asked about it the employee simply said no we don't have it in a defensive way and went about her business. No sorry no apologies or even the reason. Rude rude employees, never going there again.
