A-Plus is great, this is the 2nd time I have used them. They were careful, hardworking, and friendly. I would definitely recommend and I'd use them again (although hoping not to move again for a while ? )

A Plus Moving & Storage is NOT a good moving company. Take it from me, Do NOT use them. Stay away from them.
1. To begin with, they come at 9:30am and instead of the scheduled and agreed time of 8am and yet, still charged me NOT for the time they arrived at my home but for the time they left their home (8am).
2. I had ONLY 7 items (Sofa, Loveseat, 2 Tables, Bed & Mattress and Dresser). I was told it is a job that takes ONLY 3 hours. They claimed it took them 5 1/2 to 6 hours and charged me double the original quote that was given to me.
2. Initially, they promised & told me verbally over the phone not once but twice that, the $165 credit card reservation charge is FULLY refundable, but they never refunded me, and currently, I am in dispute with them.
3. The two men that come to move were very lazy, too slow & were wasting time. At times, they were sitting doing nothing and using 2 persons even for small item that can be carried by one person. I even moved items & helped them, so they can speed up the work.
4. They asked to be paid in cash too.

Absolutely fabulous job, despite all kinds of complexities and challenges in a "double move" of both an aged parent into an assisted living facility.
And separately, moving individual bag-after-brown paper bag of a hoarder's accumulated stuff into a storage facility, despite their way being barred by utility work/illegally parked car, etc.
Sebastian and Philipe were simply terrific, having arrived extremely punctually, despite traffic, and working tirelessly and super-efficiently for 7+ hours, suggesting wrapping/padding only when necessary, and being exceedingly careful, throughout.
This company is A- triple Plus in my book, and will be my "go-to" outfit from now on!

I have had the great fortune to use A-Plus Moving & Storage over four times in the last eight years, and every time they have never ceased to deliver excellent service. They have: re-arranged moving plans to help me and my roommate get into our apartment before a major blizzard; jumped in last-minute to help when another company cancelled on us; handled (with great tact and care) the downsizing of my parents' home and moving their belongings into storage (moreover, making everything FIT into the storage unit!). If you do not know how much you have to move (and who thinks in cubic feet???) they are happy to come your way to assess. They make all of their charges clear up front, and handle your belongings with care. On my most recent move, I had Eugen, Masum, and Santiago assigned to my job (the second time with Eugen and Masum) and I had the confidence to know I was in good hands. All three were fantastic. I recommend this company highly!

We have used A-Plus multiples time over the last 6 years, and we have never had a negative experience. They are efficient, friendly and quick!
Will definitely use them again in the future!

A Plus Moving company was easy to contact, in fact, every time I called, Mike, the owner/manager, picked up my call or called me back almost immediately. He was extremely courteous and flexible and able to work with several changes and multiple locations in our plan. The three terrific people who came to move were outstanding, capable, kind, efficient, practical and able to roll with the details of the move and the multiple locations. I enjoyed working with all three of the young men who arrived on time and ready to get the job done. I highly recommend A-Plus Movers and I thank all three people who worked so hard and diligently to follow my instructions and get it all done with speed and care. Thank you all!

A-Plus was the quickest company to respond, the most thorough, and incredibly turnkey and easy to work with. Mike, the owner, was also very high touch and easy to communicate with. The movers had a three floor walk up and quite heavy furniture from Restoration Hardware, but did an impeccable job protecting everything and transporting all of our belongings, from antique rugs to crystal, with care. Nothing was damaged and the guys were awesome! Would definitely recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
