Solid honest guys who do good work. Didn't try to shark me to fix other stuff when I they were diagnosing my oil leak. And replaced my brakes pads wicked quick when I had an emergency.

I came here cause all my electrical components of my car were shot. I got my car towed here and my main worry was that they were going to try and scam me out of money because I knew nothing about cars. But they were very honest people. Steve quoted me a very fair price for the work and was very upfront about the issues. I have two uncles who are mechanics who live out of state, they were actually surprised at how honest Steve was being. Some mechanics are out to get you, but not these people. They are hard working honest people and I will always come back here in the future for fixes.

I was so impressed with the service A & I provided! My car broke down on a highway in New Hampshire and was brought to an auto repair shop where I was told they didn't have the parts needed to help me. I had a tow truck bring the car down to Boston straight to A & I. Not only did they fix my car at a reasonable price, but I was back on the road only 4 hours after I dropped the car off. Thank you A & I!! Could not recommend enough!

Poor work and no attention to detail. They broke a bolt and zip-tied it back on. Pure hacks.They also charge inflated book prices, just like your local dealer, instead of charging you by the hour.

Amazing place to go for all of your car repairs and services. They do really honest business and provide optimum service. They have taken excellent care of my Subaru with oil changes, tire rotations, brake installations, battery/starter replacements and other routine maintenance. They have a quick turn around and always do what they can they will do. Highly recommend using them if you are near Allston. In addition, Steve is very helpful and is a pleasure to do business with.
