I had to file a complaint with 7/11 regarding the cashier not knowing how to do a service offered by this particular store. This store says they’re able to process rent payments with cash and all you have to do is scan a barcode. However, when I went in the cashier kept dismissing me because he didn’t know how to do what I was asking and even asked me to step out of line to take other customers after only talking to me for 2 minutes. When I asked if there was anyone else in the store like a manger or something that would know how to help me the cashier informed me he was the only one in the store. He wasn’t able to help and there were no other employees that could help so I unfortunately had to leave without resolving the issue. There’s not an ounce of customer service in this location and it’s honestly disappointing that with all the negative reviews I’m seeing, that no one has done anything about it.

Horrible place! Went here for lottery real quick waiting almost 15 min just to get completely ignored.. Will not be returning to this store ever again!

Went in to pick up an item. Approached the counter and said hello to store clerk. Guy said nothing but gave me a really nasty glare. He rung up my item and just walked away without saying anything. Nasty people! won't go back.

Great early morning stop for my caffeine and snacks! Love it here! Also sells alcohol which is always a plus!

It says it's open 24 hours and it most certainly isn't. I tried going at 11pm, and the clerk wouldn't open the door

The review by Name First is nonsense. I live close by. I've shopped at this 7/11 on at least 5,000 occasions. I have never had any issue with a clerk at this store. In addition, the store is always well-stocked and clean.

Very poor selection of goods. No healthier options of food or beverages at all. Couldn’t even find a single drink without added sugars.
