Best part of Boston by far. No 7-11 has ever had so much of an emotional impact on me as a person. The historical factor of the store is the best in all of Boston. They had candy.

Extremely rude cashier, I’ve been in here a lot over the years and to see one cashier ignore me over someone in marathon gear and the other just keeping his conversation with an international visitor going long after his transaction. Tourists don’t pay your bills, I’ll be making the extra walk to a different store from here on out. Whoever owns this franchise shouldn’t be in business and the clerks DEFINITELY shouldn’t be doing anything customer facing.

I order $29+ from 7/11 store today(Superbowl Sunday), with friends ready to get drinks and snacks from 7/11. My order was delayed and then I was told the driver couldn't locate my address.
I've requested deliveries in the past, about 6 times without drivers getting lost and can't find my home address.
I waited until 10 minutes over my delivery time. I call customer service, to be told that my order was returned back to the 7/11 store. I had to call for the status of my order. To find it was returned. I will never never request a delivery from 7/11 again.
Now I got to wait 48 hours to get refunded.
Unbelievable!!
