Whenever I have a maintenance request Ailton is always willing to help! He’s reliable and quick to respond whenever there’s an issue in my unit.
On top of that, 345 Harrison is a great place to live. The building is well-maintained, and the management team seems to care about keeping everything in good shape for the residents.

This is a beautiful place to live. My wife and I are only here on temporary housing for the govt. However, it has been amazing. Even though it is a short stay any time we have had an issue they are very response. Tech Ailton helped us out a lot. Including fixing our A/C.

I had problems with my freezer that were not fixed. I contacted Adam Scott directly. He immediately came up to the my apartment, identified what was wrong, and fixed the problem. He was professional, knowledgable, and effective. He provided an efficient service.

I love this building! Not only is it a great place to live, but the management and technician teams are top-notch! Ailton was quick to respond to my service request and was able to solve the problem quickly! Highly recommend checking these apartments out if you need a place to live!

No customer support and rent increases every year. Try calling customer support before you decide to live here. There isn't any. If you need to get in touch with somebody you get an email that takes 1-2 business days to reply. You want to renew your lease? Yeah either suck it up and pay an extra $700 a month or find somewhere else to live

I had several maintenance requests that I needed done in one day. Adam came promptly and resolved all issues quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly kind and respectful - our dog Winston loves him!
