Came to this store at 9pm and it was closed. Hours posted on the door say it's open until 10pm. Waste of time.

I went here to purchase a new vape battery. The first one I purchased didn't work so I returned it the next day. The second one also didn't work. Not worth my time to go back for a third time to probably get another defective product. Wasted $20 & my time, smh.

Hours of operation wrong. On Google states 9-10 weekdays. Here at the front door on Thursday at 9PM, door locked, owner is inside refuses to open. Even on their front door, it states open till 10PM. Quite unprofessional. Is it that difficult to accept one more customer, esp. given they are in the wrong? How about updating operating hours? Do not recommend at all.

Hours of operations wrong on google, and hours on the door say 12-9 on Sunday’s but also false since I’m here and they’re not open, I’m not impressed.

Hours of operation wrong. On Yelp states 10AM-11PM weekdays, on Google states 10AM-10PM weekdays. Obviously something is wrong. Here at the front door on Thursday at 9PM, door locked, owner is inside refuses to open. Even on their front door, it states open till 10PM. Quite unprofessional. Almost seems like the owner opens and closes whenever he feels like it. Do not recommend at all.

I came into the Smokeshop to buy the Puffco Peak Pro. I called they said they had the Opal Color. When I arrived not only were they referring to the wrong item in white, but the owner tried to charge $600 (overcharge me $200 for the item). That's ridiculous I gladly went to Bluemoon Smoke Shop and gladly paid $415 with tax for my new puffco peak pro. I wont be going returning here
