We’ve purchased multiple pieces including custom designed rings. Prices are competitive with commercial “Mall” jewelery stores, but the quality and personalized attention can’t be matched. “I can't thank Justin enough. When I learned that another jeweler damaged my beautiful engagement ring beyond repair, I was devastated. I trusted Justin to create a custom ring designed just as the original had been (with some very slight modifications) and he certainly delivered.During my appointment, Justin sat with me and explained the process of creating a new ring, pointed out different design details and options, and gave me a timeline when to expect certain parts of the process to be done (which everything was on time).After several weeks, I was finally able to see my beautiful ring again, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Just look at those before and after photos! He even had one of my wedding bands to ensure a perfect fit. This past time I visited them because superglue had gotten on to my wedding ring. They were able to get it off and it came out sparking! On top of that, they didn’t even charge me. “My grandmother passed a while ago and my mom had a ring of hers with two rubies and a diamond. One of the rubies was going to my sister and one to me. I had my heart set on a cross ring design to put the ruby into. We brought the ring to Henri and he was able to make the design a reality and set the diamond into a ring for my mother. Absolutely beautiful work, so professional and very timely. Very thankful for his expertise and for creating such a beautiful sentiment. Highly recommend!”

“I am a long time loyal customer to this Zales and Cat (the store manager). I have been to many Zales in many different states around the US and Puerto Rico and this is by far the best. My husband and I have made multiple purchases here for wedding rings, bands, necklaces, earrings and have always been satisfied. We have also sent out jewelry for repair. Cat goes out of her way to help you, which is hard to find nowadays. We have recently moved over an hour away from this location but will make the trip just to go to Cat to purchase our jewelry. I will say Cat has a good eye, she understands what you want and works with your budget. She is a heck of a sales woman as well and not pushy which I like. I highly recommend this location and Cat!”

Keith Shaughnessy at Countryside Trading is professional, straight forward, and reviewed all the coins in an orderly fashion. We had a preliminary meeting and exchanged a few phone calls, then Keith bought the bulk of the collection going step by step through each coin. Very knowledgeable about the business. “I've been going here for years to sell jewelry on occasion and yesterday when I went they had the most beautiful engagement ring. While the nicest woman was weighing in what I brought to sell I couldn't take my eyes off this ring, I wasn't really looking to buy but at the same time I knew I had wanted to propose to my girlfriend at some point, I asked to see the ring and it was just stunning, when she said she could take 20% off I didn't even hesitate! I proposed that very night and my girl said yes! Georges is a fantastic jewelry store that is LGBTQ+ friendly and will always get my business and the ring fit my girl perfectly, didn't even need to be sized so it was totally meant to be that ring!! “My only regret is I didn’t go here first. After a terrible experience at Claire’s we stopped there to ask a question. They were kind, considerate and compassionate. My daughter who had been a bit traumatized by her Claire’s experience was very reluctant to get her ears pierced but the staff here comforted her and made it a pleasant experience.”
