“Cash management team is absolutely stellar in resolving an issues that may arise in a prompt fashion. Customer service is honestly some of the best I have ever experienced at a bank. To top of it all off, their virtual bank is undoubtedly the most convenient banking solution to have requests addressed right on the spot without having to go visit in person. Would highly recommend banking with these folks - they know what they are doing and make your life so much easier, especially if you are in a regulated space like the cannabis industry.”

“One of the significant differentiators of a bank is its people. Sure, most banking is done online & these days every bank has a wide range of services, including Main Street Bank. Where they differentiate is their people. No matter how rich the online service features are, there is always a situation where it's best or fastest to visit a local branch. The people at the Northborough branch of Main Street Bank are exceptional, professional and personal in their relationship with their customers. They go out of their way to help you and make sure your banking requirements are promptly taken care of. We can bank anywhere, but those exceptions when a bank visit is needed is what they're best at. Which is why, though we moved further away, we still bank at this branch. Also, you should support your local bank as they are key to keeping the local infrastructure vibrant.”

“I cannot recommend all of the Clinton Savings Bank branches, enough, especially the Boylston Branch.I was the Co-Treasurer of the Boylston Elementary School PTO for 3 years and became very familiar with almost everyone who worked there. They were reliably friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always asking how they could help us out/give back to the community. It had that "Cheers" feeling when you walked in, and I was really struck by how much they genuinely cared.In March of 2021, our town was rocked by the news of the sudden passing of one of our beloved teenagers. The entire town pulled together to support the family and one another, but Clinton Savings Bank went above and beyond to help us remember a special person taken too soon. Having a prior close relationship with the bank, the family asked if I could start the process of a scholarship fund in the teen's name. Remember, this was in the thick of Covid, when banks were seeing clients by appointment only as gatherings were extremely limited. I reached out to the bank and received *immediate* assistance from both Michele and Steve, who were able to make the Matthew John Phillips Scholarship Fund a quick reality, so we could add it to Matthew's obituary. Many grieving hearts wanted to remember Matthew in a way that mattered to his family, and CSB was able to make that happen.This was no easy task; we knew we had to create a non-profit, had lawyers to meet with, and that a scholarship fund has a legal trail we didn't have the time to immediately navigate. Clinton Savings Bank helped us to create a temporary account, took the time to meet and guide us through the process, and explained our next steps. We just recently acquired our non-profit status, and both Michele and Steve jumped through hoops to help us make the transition. They also offered to support our upcoming fundraiser in any way they could, from sponsorship to manpower. To say they really care is a genuine understatement.When you think of what makes you love your town, rarely does one think of a bank! Clinton Savings Bank earned their place in all of our hearts; they truly care about our community and the people in it. They are part of what makes Boylston special.”
