One of the most ignorant and rude people I've ever dealt with in my life. Exactly a month ago I purchased a car from this business and yesterday the motor blew out and is now running 11 different codes. My local mechanic told me my options are to replace the motor or to get a new car. I called this morning to to and get some help with potentially repairing it, and seeing what my options are and getting a second opinion, as the gentleman who sold me the car, named Glen requested that we call to try and get things straightened out instead of leaving a nasty review, ironic. The owner of this business answered the phone and immediately jumped into hysterics and kept yelling over me when I trying to explain I just wanted the simplest resolution for everyone involved. He kept telling me that since it has been over 7 days there's nothing I can do, especially since it passed inspection, which is just a lie. Google is free and the Massachusetts state website says with the mileage I purchased this vehicle at I have 30 days to enact the warranty. Since I couldn't get a word in edgewise I never even got to ask if we could simply work on repairing the vehicle. Obviously this man's business isn't reputable since every review on this page speaking to his used car sales is horrendous. Shame on me for not doing better research. I hope to save people the money, time and effort that I have had to expend in this completely disgusting process.
Edit to reply to his comment: I think it's really quite hilarious that you feel the need to blatantly lie about your employees and customers like that. I hope Glen finds new employment, because he seemed to be much more genuine than yourself. Never once did I demand you give me a new motor, I just told you what my mechanic told me. You have some nerve telling me that I was rude when you verbally berated me on the phone for nearly 20 minutes and continued to cut me off and interrupt me every single time I tried to speak more than 4 words consecutively to you with much more respect than you afforded me. I'll admit maybe I did let my anger get to me at the end of the conversation but I don't think anyone reasonable would blame me. I'm glad you seem to make some of your customers happy, but it's quite evident you're lacking in customer service skills.

Rudest person ever! My friend referred them to me! Called he acted rude from the start! Give me attitude about going somewhere else then hung up on me! Would never recommend!!!
Due to me not being able to put another review or comment under you shameless comment being rude in a comment is not helpful. I never said I wouldn't take them. You were just rude now and wouldn't let me explain myself! But anyways I'm now going to get four brand new tires for 50 bucks so that's two extra tires for 10 bucks more than what you were charging for two I'm glad you think your the cheapest around but thanks for being a disrespectful older gentleman Have a good day sir! No need to try and make you look like a good guy! You act rude from the start and hung up on people.. I never said that I could get tires for free I said I could get the mounting and balance for free! If you would've let me talk instead of hanging up on me, you would've known that! Good day

I got there nice guy quick with his job especially by himself if I had to rate it I'm giving him a 10* definitely good pricing I recommend this place I've been many shops but way to expensive almost 100 just for 1 tire guys come to Southern New England auto repair big Recommendation.
