Every week, it seems that something is missing. Sometimes, it's frozen items, or a rotisserie chicken, or an entire bag. No call / text notification.My expectation is that I should not have to check every item in every bag. That's part of the value proposition of this service that has missed the mark enough times to call it a trend.It's not just the Holiday bussle either.By the time the groceries get home, the department responsible is closed. The customer service folks aren't empowered to help either. We've been promised a 20$ gift card as recompense for prior issues that was never received or was lip service / vaporware.Great in store experience, though.”

“Great privately owned pharmacy. Prescriptions & refills always done on time and correctly. Friendly knowledgeable staff always available. Delivery service and they let you know by text when prescriptions are filled and ready for pickup. I used a private pharmacy in Winchester MA before I moved out this way. I will drive up to 45 minutes just to avoid using Walgreens or CVS. Will never use them again unless absolutely desperate. Small business supporter all the way.”

I can't remember anytime you can talk to the pharmacist so quickly they are always busy but weather you need a vaccination or just have a question they will always respond quickly.I live in Millis and CVS is horrible due to understaffed I will keep going to Walgreens even though there might be some price difference a little higher but not much .”

“Walmart pharmacy manager BAICHAU NGuyen is totally incompetent , she does not follow tru on her promises to contact my doctor .. she questions his ability to write a proper prescription for a drug .. this was my second encounter today with her .,three months prior I came in to have a prescription filled that she questioned the doctors ability once again, told me she would contact him because his hand writing was not legible ....the prescription did not get filled , ( took it to Target ) t., never heard from her again , i called my doctor and the doctor said she never contacted his office... she is racist and rude, unqualified to be in the managers position to handle a multi million dollar drug business for walmart ... I will never visit this pharmacy again .. I will not recommend it to my friends or family and will continue to advocate for her dismissal.... she sucks!!!”

“I can’t speak much for the remainder of the crew but there’s a gentleman named Kevin often running the self checkout and I just want to say how great a guy he is. He’s very professional, always in a great mood and super nice. Me and the fellas often look forward to our visits just to see Kevin. I call him K-Dawg. Genuinely just such a great guy. He is the definition of a lad, and every interaction with him is great, he fist bumps us goodbye. Love that guy.In addition to him, I stopped by today to buy a new ps5 controller and a gentleman had helped me, I forget his name but he was wearing a hat and said he was new if that helps identify him so he receives the credit he deserves. I asked him to pick the color off the controller I got and we had a good interaction.”

“I don’t visit this place but they are partners with CVS CAREMARK who provides medication through Neighborhood Health Plan. I use White Cross pharmacy as they deliver my monthly supply of prescription medications by computer. My doctors all use White Cross pharmacy and they write my prescription’s digitally from their laptop directly to White Cross while I’m in the office and by 4-5 o’clock my meds arrive in blister packs. There is no need to go out. I recently used CVS for my Covid medication as White Cross doesn’t provide Paxlovid , an anti viral. They do pick up or delivery. Convenient to home.”

The pharmacy tech let me know the price went up and I decided to look up GoodRx to see if that was cheaper. I know it’s a whole new check-in process for this and expected to wait the usual 15 minutes. Heidi and the tech communicated quickly, and Heidi helped me out immediately and was able to switch my info in about 2 minutes!! A typically frustrating experience was made so much better. “I went into this CVS with my weekly discount coupon looking for the best deal on paper goods.There are many options in terms of brands, sizes, textures, unit price, etc. It really takes a while to decide what you are going to get (AKA what is the best deal).The store had a very nice bright appearance and the parking lot was ample.Got my item, went through the self checkout register and got out....One thing that I really like about the CVS app is that as long as you choose the digital coupons you want, they all register automatically and very well in their computer. Very rarely I've had an issue with coupons that are not coming through.....I did my homework before walking into the store and I ended up saving about $6 on a purchase that someone else would have paid full price for...”

“I have been using this CVS for the past 5 years and have NEVER EVER had an issue. They are the most HELPFUL, KINDEST and caring staff you can find. They Go ABOVE and BEYOND when necessary...I see other reviews complaining about times and delays..... They are a busy store but are as efficient as they possibly can be. Trust me..... this is the Pharmacy you want to try/use. Every store will be busy at times but they are worth the wait if needed. The Pharmacy has top notch Pharmacists and staff.
