Don't get me wrong, but I love this Autobody shop. My car insurance Co has it listed as the first place to take my vehicles to, as it is within 10 miles from my house. I've taken three cars to Felix's for repairs and NONE of these accidents were my fault.All three cars were repaired within the stated time for pickup.Felix's Autobody repairs made my three cars look new again.Thank you so much for taking the time to explain what repairs were needed and when to expect a completion pickup date.I love your work but I don't want to visit your business again soon. LOL,,?

A great place to have your auto body work done! Jean in the office handled everything between us and our insurance company perfectly. The autobody work was done right on schedule and the results were great! Repair work was perfect and the final detailing was top notch. Our insurance suggested Felix's, and I was a little leary at first, but not anymore! In the unhappy event that you might need autobody work done, do not hesitate to go to Felix's!

After getting my truck Saturday morning.. a drunk driver hit me Saturday night. I waited til Monday to call around to find an available body shop. They were local and had started working on it right away. Being a worry ward I was calling daily for updates on it. They were fast efficient and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend

I took my husband 2016 Ram 1500 to have the front fender replaced. Took them 4 days and they went above expectations. The plastic top part of his front bumper was cracked and they made it look like it wasn't even broken, buffed out the white pant on the bed, and gave the whole truck (inside and out) a good cleaning. His truck looks amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

This has been, by far, one of the worst companies I've dealt with. For over 2 weeks I was told “Friday†it will be done. And then when I'm finally told my car is ready, I tell them I'd be there Friday to collect it. I had to leave work early and my significant other had to leave work early to drive me over there. And when just barely make it. 10 min before closing time. 4:50 pm. And they are closed up. No phone call to me, no notification of any kind. I'm standing there 10 min prior and they are closed. I'm livid. This is completely unacceptable. Now both of us missed time off work, and now I have no car for work tomorrow. Thanks to this company.
