Dropped car off the night before it was scheduled for mechanical repair (at request of staff). Showed up to pick it up after repair was completed and there was a HUGE scratch down the driver's side door and a hole in the door! Asked what happened and was told it was like that when it was dropped off. Sorry, but I know what my car looked like and that happened under YOUR care. My guess is that someone backed it into a lift and they are covering for each other. Never going back...
