This pharmacy is terrible. It is impossible to get them on the phone. I’ve been calling for 3 days now and each time wait on hold for 20-30 minutes and then give up. There is just a total lack of customer service.

The staff in this pharmacy are very hardworking, they do so many things and try to keep up with a limited amount of staff. People need to understand they are beyond stressed out by taking on so many tasks. They have to prepare and give shots, take care of the drive-thru, help the register area, prepare prescription orders, answer phones, take doctor calls, attempt to put away their daily med orders, and so many other things. So before people jump on the hook and complain about how slow they are maybe consider what their day is like. AND MAYBE YOU should say THANK YOU.

This pharmacy is awful, I have a prescription that is filled every 2 weeks, my Doctor sends it in no later than 10 AM so I'll stop in around 1:00 if I can and of course it's never ready even if there's no one in line they'll say it's gonna be a few hours instead of taking the 5 mins to fill it while I'm there like every other pharmacy would do, today I stopped in at 12 and they said they need another ho, it's now 5:30 and they haven't even started working on it, it's never ending with this place. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy because this one is horrible

Who can we call talk to about the issue in the pharmacy?U can’t get anyone to answer the phone anymore. I was in the hospital last night but can’t get my medicine filled. I’m on hold now for hour and 15 minutes with no answer!Meds say on line they are not filled! I am no joke dying in pain why can’t we get help when needed? This has been going on way to long with no resolution in site!! Hard enough to get there to get my meds but way to sick to wait another hour when I go there….. either get them help or fix the issue another way this is truly sad !!

Beware of scheduling a Flu or COVID shot at this location. Terribly understaffed. The Pharmacist gives the shots. Problem is that there is only one pharmacist at this location. People with appointments were waiting over 1 hour to get a shot. I was told by a pharmacy worker that Walgreens is scheduling up to 3 people per 15 minute appointment. That said, I give the store 5 stars. Clean, and not clutterred.

get your covid booster vaccine somewhere else. the pharmacy wouldn't let me get the new covid vaccine due to it "not being covered by my insurance". i called a different walgreens and a cvs and they both said anyone can receive the covid vaccine for free regardless of their insurance coverage (or lack of) because it's covered by the government. i had to schedule another appointment at a different walgreens farther away (tewksbury, amazing service) to get a shot that i should've received at my first appointment.i'm not sure if they are unaware that it's free for everyone, but the pharmacy should be up to date with the information they're sharing to patient. sharing wrong information no matter the reason is ultimately harmful and neglectful. what if i couldn't schedule another appointment somewhere else? what if i didn't have access to transportation? or the ability to call and get the right information? everyone deserves the right care the first time. i hope everyone who was denied the vaccine here gets another chance to get it.

Edit; It appears they’re getting better with things. Hopefully it continues, perhaps the transition has just been overwhelming.Every time I call the pharmacy I’m on hold an hour or more. Once they claimed they couldn’t fill my prescription because they didn’t have the new card but did not reach out to tell me before pick up. Also very certain if you’re on masshealth, they can look that info up & they knew I was. If I haven’t lost you yet, there’s more, while I was on the phone call waiting about an hour & 1/2 my friend called to speak to the store manager, who put her on hold for a long time then hung up on her. Then she called back & no one would answer the calls even to the store. Meanwhile my other friend goes in person to pick up the script because I can’t get through, after he waited in line they said it couldn’t be filled because of the new insurance card. Then they said they would fill it & had him wait back in line once it was ready. So now I’m on the phone with him & merged the pharmacy into the call, so I could ask him if the phones were ringing, beeping or off the hook & he said he couldn’t tell. Finally after about an hour & 45 mins he tells them I’m on the phone she picks up says hello & then realizes he’s merged into the call so she hangs up. Generally the staff at the pharmacy can be rude but occasionally very nice, depends who you get. The store staff are amazing but after my numerous interactions with the insane Pharmacy I can’t give them more than one star. It’s incomprehensible that they’re running a business like this, it is a cooperation not a small business so there’s absolutely no excuse & if you call corporate, they do not care.

IF I COULD RATE THIS AT A 0 I would, they don’t even deserve 1 STAR! The Pharmacist Mr. Camplese is SO rude & acts & makes you feel as if your a BOTHER, god forbid he has to do his job. I asked for a callback if they couldn’t fill my prescription and he said no “we can’t & don’t do that you have to call us..” like what the heck??SINCE WHEN?!? I’m VERY dissatisfied after being a customer there for over 10 years, (it used to be Rite Aid) ALWAYS getting treated like a nobody,, I’ve always been treated with the WORST customer service by him, to the point where he makes ME feel bad, or that it’s my fault! if I ever need to have a prescription transferred etc.I’d love to know who his boss is. HE SHOULD NOT by any means- be in charge of a pharmacy & his staff!!!!! He is SO unprofessional & very VERY rude!!!Made me feel VERY belittled!

Terrible! Some of the pharmacy staff are rude, intentionally made me wait for over an hour for a prescription because i couldn't leave and come back to pick it up. I also had to call on another prescription which was out of stock and both times was on hold for over 25 minutes...one call was 30 minutes. I never had any issues when it was a Rite Aid but there have been several issues since Walgreen took it over. Terrible...i am changing stores.

They had a lot of issues a couple of months ago due to the other walgreens closing, but they're doing better now. Wait times are back to more or less what you'd expect from any pharmacy.

I'd just like to say thanks to the pharmacist Rob and staff for their patience today. My dentist had called in a prescription yesterday that I was to pick up today however my insurance wasn't in order and it took me 3 times going back and forth to straighten it out. I never realized how busy they get, but and I'd like to express my gratitude because I see how hectic it can be!!

Two separate time of getting prescriptions, called each time, and I think they have their phones off the hook, literally waited on hold for an hour before I hung up. You go in and you wait for another hour for kids meds that had been called in during the morning. Back to CVS.
