First of all the story looks like a store from the '80s like every other Walgreens in the world was updated but this one looks like it hasn't been updated since like I don't know 1982.
There's no choice for a half star or no stars but this place doesn't even deserve one star. Now excuse the language but the short-haired lesbian looking woman at the counter has taken my expired ID which is still legally good in the state of Massachusetts for 2 years after it expires but they would not take it. But that same short-haired lesbian looking girl she took my license two times before and it's expired. I'm on a controlled substance I don't know where my license is I don't have any family my husband is at work during the hours of the pharmacy. It makes no difference to them whatsoever that I'm going to have seizures because I'm going to be withdrawing from a medication that I have been on since 2002. I'll also been a client of Walgreens since I was 13 years old and I'm nearly 50 now. Their suggestion to me is to go put myself on a psych hold in the hospital so that I can get an emergency supply. These people have no heart they have no soul and I've called corporate and I made a report with the police because I was told by another Walgreens that they can't sell controlled substances without a valid license so this is a private organization and the police can't do anything about it this falls under personal injury lawsuit so I guess I'll be calling personal injury lawyers because this is the worst service that I've ever experienced in my whole entire life not to mention that I think that the lesbian with the short hair doesn't like people like me that wear hijab in the photo and have a Muslim last name. I have blonde hair and blue eyes but God help me I can't get away from the racism that 9/11 has caused and people's hatred of people coming over the border and yet I'm a born American and been here with my family since the Mayflower landed and my family freaking basically settled Massachusetts but screw me cuz I'm nothing to these people. A muslim with a hijab photo on my license. If racism and bigotry isn't the problem and then what's the problem y'all been selling me my medication for over a year with an expired license not just at this location it's been Melrose Chelmsford and Westford this store basically every Walgreens store that had Klonopin because I had to shop around me cuz I live in a third world country where they don't know how to order things in a proper timely manner so that people can get their medications. Maybe that's why maybe I'm playing because I'm Muslim with a Muslim last name and yeah I don't see any other reason that it really could be because the darn people that take my ID a month ago don't take it now that's messed up. And since my medication is a controlled substance I will be going into withdrawals. And they don't care they could give a flying rats behind if I lived or died and these people should not be in the healthcare field whatsoever. Into the green haired manager like seriously chick first of all your hair is green and then your roots have 8 in coming out and then you put it in a messy bun and then you don't even wear professional clothes and on top of that you throw a Walgreens vest on and that's professional okay. So I have a lesbian against me in a liberal against me because it's not even fun to have colored hair anymore because these people are just out to get other people that don't agree with them and since I don't agree with them selling me drugs illegally and them not wanting to do it now they are not professional ghetto and it's not even the ghetto fabulous kind. Y'all be hearing from my personal injury attorney

Attempted to get through to switch pharmacies however was on hold for over half an hour with multiple redirected calls and ultimately ended up going to Lowell instead fearing I would continue to have bad service here.

Decent deals and products can be found, but the pharmacy itself has been unreliable in my experience.

Not enough staff which make service bad, n call responses and staff couldn't see my insurance as an active and returned to them twice and they didn't make any effort figuring out their issue, transfered my prescriptions.

They NEVER answer the phone even when one hangs on for 20 minutes. In between music, it rings and rings and rings and nobody picks up. What kind of business is this???

The staff is friendly & helpful, and the store is clean and items clearly marked.

They had a lot of issues a couple of months ago due to the other walgreens closing, but they're doing better now. Wait times are back to more or less what you'd expect from any pharmacy.

This pharmacy is terrible. It is impossible to get them on the phone. I’ve been calling for 3 days now and each time wait on hold for 20-30 minutes and then give up. There is just a total lack of customer service.

The staff in this pharmacy are very hardworking, they do so many things and try to keep up with a limited amount of staff. People need to understand they are beyond stressed out by taking on so many tasks. They have to prepare and give shots, take care of the drive-thru, help the register area, prepare prescription orders, answer phones, take doctor calls, attempt to put away their daily med orders, and so many other things. So before people jump on the hook and complain about how slow they are maybe consider what their day is like. AND MAYBE YOU should say THANK YOU.

This pharmacy is awful, I have a prescription that is filled every 2 weeks, my Doctor sends it in no later than 10 AM so I'll stop in around 1:00 if I can and of course it's never ready even if there's no one in line they'll say it's gonna be a few hours instead of taking the 5 mins to fill it while I'm there like every other pharmacy would do, today I stopped in at 12 and they said they need another ho, it's now 5:30 and they haven't even started working on it, it's never ending with this place. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy because this one is horrible

Who can we call talk to about the issue in the pharmacy?U can’t get anyone to answer the phone anymore. I was in the hospital last night but can’t get my medicine filled. I’m on hold now for hour and 15 minutes with no answer!Meds say on line they are not filled! I am no joke dying in pain why can’t we get help when needed? This has been going on way to long with no resolution in site!! Hard enough to get there to get my meds but way to sick to wait another hour when I go there….. either get them help or fix the issue another way this is truly sad !!

Beware of scheduling a Flu or COVID shot at this location. Terribly understaffed. The Pharmacist gives the shots. Problem is that there is only one pharmacist at this location. People with appointments were waiting over 1 hour to get a shot. I was told by a pharmacy worker that Walgreens is scheduling up to 3 people per 15 minute appointment. That said, I give the store 5 stars. Clean, and not clutterred.
