I am very pleased with my exam and current prescription. For years now I’ve always had to revisit past optometrists for prescription tweaks, but Visionworks came thru with the perfect prescription. Thank you to all over there.

I’ve been going to vision works for years and never had a problem. I had an annual vision exam and a contact exam on Friday. I could not decide which frames I wanted which was my bad and unfortunately for me a huge mistake. I was indecisive changed my mind after purchase, came back into the store from the parking lot and was told I could receive a call to make the change. When I did not get a call I called the store. The store manager is who I was working with, he told me that he needed to call my insurance and get back to me tomorrow. He called me the next day to tell me there had been no resolution and he said he still needs to call my insurance. Next I was supposed to hear from him on Monday. I call to check in and again no luck. I am greeted by a woman who told me I must come into the store for a return. I explained the situation and that I was told I would receive a call and I am calling bc I had not received said call. The manager/ sales associate who I had dealt with gets on the phone and says that she was confused because it was not really a return I need more like an exchange. He also hits me with another excuse of I’ve been busy today with customers, I’ll get this done for you tomorrow. I've heard that before, so unprofessional. I am a customer and my card has been swiped but I’m not even sure where my order stands? He said on the phone he will call the insurance and I asked how this will effect the 2nd part of my order: the contacts and he said he did not remember how it was billed wether my vision benefits covered my contacts or went towards my glasses but he will call the insurance to get this resolved for me the next day. We are again past the next day. It’s Wednesday and no resolution!? I’m supposed to be getting contacts and glasses but I am instead receiving radio-silence. If someone could contact me to resolve my order without me having to call and track them down that would be lovely.

The "customer service" is absolutely rude and no professionalism and needs to be fired!!!!! Was on the phone with both of them and had the nerve to swear at me and call me names when asking about my insurance!

The doctor in the back room was great. Definitely knows his stuff. On the other hand the salesman When you tell someone by one and get 1 free, you need to be more specific. Buy one frame, get the other frame free. Lenses are extra.

Excellent service! I was treated as if I was their most important customer! I highly recommend Vision Works in Billerica, Ma. This was my first experience, and the way I was treated was greatly appreciated!

We need RMV certificate to be completed by the optometrist - which is now required by the RMV to renew your driver license. One of the male staff told us to come for the eye exam. My son had an annual eye exam done in June of 2023 which is should be good for one year. When I asked him why my son has to pay for another exam? He got so rude about and said he has to check with the doctor. It doesn't make any sense to me why people have to pay double fees when insurance only cover the exam once a year? Such a horrible service!

They can be nice but the second you mention insurance they are super rude. Every time it will be pleasant and then you'll ask "hey does my insurance cover tbis" and without even checking they'll go "no". go anywhere else on earth they robbing everyone

My experience with Vision works was exceptional. My eye exam with Optometrist was thorough. Working with staff member whoassisted with choosing frames ,making sure lenses lined up properly with pupils. Prior to my exam ,my out of pocket costs and amount my insurance covered was disclosed.

Minimal exam, did not address my concerns, gave me completely the wrong prescription (which I did not fill but went elsewhere for a real exam).
