Amazing service! Salah helped me every step of the way starting with a phone call to review plans and prices. He was considerate of my budget and super helpful. When I finally came in Sunday evening , 45 mins before closing, he was patient and answered 101 questions from my 10yr old son. He stayed late to finish the setup, etc. I never felt pushed into any purchase and made informed decisions. Thank you Salah!

Salah stayed an extra hour after closing to make sure that all my photos transferred over! I can not explain how incredible this level of customer service is unmatched. What a treasure he is to the Verizon company! We’ll make sure to use this again and again.

I went to Verizon today to get 2 phones upgraded. By far one of the best experiences I've had at Verizon. I was helped by a man named Salah who could not have been more helpful. He took the time to clearly explain all the billing details and was honest in his recommendations. The entire process was fast and smooth. I couldn't be happier. A+ for customer service.

It's crazy to me how you can literally manage a phone store and not understand how pay by phone works and then blatantly try to gaslight me and say you cannot do it there when I've gotten it done there before and then give me attitude when I say yes I have. I've literally paid for it here this way before you do offer this. Also, it's messed up how you only leave one person in that store at all times. Isn't that illegal? The amount of money you have in phones there. I know when I worked at Verizon at minimum we needed two people in the building at all times. And if there was a second person there, why weren't they helping out with everybody in the building?

I'm here to confirm all the good reviews on this Verizon store. Juan, who is either a store clerk or manager, came over and addressed my needs even though he was already working with another customer. SUPER friendly and professional. I needed a jetpack added to a verizon business plan and he had me set up in 20 minutes. He also gave clear specs on what the plan costs and includes. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Juan!I also recommend in general to visit the store during the weekdays if possible. The weekends are always insane at phone/computer stores.
