I was greeted when I walked in then was asked if I needed help finding anything I said no, not even 3 mins later the same person asked me if I needed help finding anything. I said no once again and I was then asked again of if I needed help. Can we please normalize shopping in peace and not being chased around the store it isn’t fun. One time is ok but after that I rather just walk out and go somewhere else. I also find the name of the store extremely misleading as I went in expecting to find paper products but found nothing but terribly scented candles and knock off uggs. good day.p.s. the manager, i think her name is nickel, was extremely disrespectful.

I wish I remembered the associates name but her ID number is 005452 and on 6/21/2021 she really went out of her way to help me and I appreciate her so much for it! One of the most sweetest, genuine and kind lady's I've came across to, especially that day. I was not having a good day and she went above and beyond to help me. I literally cried because I was grateful for her. If you're ever reading this, just know I appreciate you!! <3
