Must be aware of account fees and automatic withdrawals. Have a custodial account and got a notification that the account was overdrawn due to an auto withdrawal.

Absolute joke, I’ve been a member for decades and just waited for over 45 minutes to get something notarized by a man named Paul who could have at any point stopped what he was doing and taken 13 seconds to sign the document. Never experienced anything like this anywhere but here at my home TD bank in Billerica. I even called ahead, make appointments or something no excuse at all ?

This location has the most uptight and rudest managers I have ever seen. The workers are ok but I'm sure they will learn bad attitude over time working with this manager.

Went in to use the public notary and the guy named PAUL refused to notarize a document making up a policy that is was for members only-not true. He then was arrogant and said he doesn’t have to do anything if he doesn’t feel like it, by far the most unprofessional employee this bank could have. This was all after him making me wait 30 minutes while he made a personal call sitting in his car. The cooperate number i called was outraged by PAULS arrogant horrible attitude. Needless to say don't be a PAUL

Difficult and unethical to deal with. Recently applied for a Home Equity Loan and carefully read all T&Cs. There was no written or verbal mention of annual fee in any application or disclosure.
When I showed up for the closing after 2 months of time consuming and heavily siloed departments who dont communicate, they said they were adding a $50 annual fee.
They sold my loan information to dozens of disreputable vendors with credit damaging personal & finacial information which was put into mail offers which I receive several each week.

Paul is the worst. Don’t even try to get help by him because he is just useless and only want to speak and not hearing the customer side.

The drive thru atm is consistently malfunctioning and eating cards. The staff is well aware but does not seem to care or have any intention of fixing it.

If you need help in this bank DO NOT see Paul, the first I had interaction with Paul he couldn't answer a simple question, the second time I saw Paul, I asked him the same question a dozen times, what happen besides not answering the question he fix the copy machine and shuffled a bunch of papers over and over again, finally I saw Cheryl and queestion was answered as soon as I asked it. I went back into bank the next day and had a teller apologize for my problem the day before. That's pretty bad. Stay away from Paul
