This place is so rude the lady that works there didn’t wanna count two dollars in change she was working are u kidding me it was dines and nickels. The guy that been there for 18 years he Evan ruder I asked him if he likes his job because everyone so rude there he kicked me out I spend money there to clean and wash my stuff he came in with about 18 bags of his own family like is that ok with the owner he didn’t comprehend me asking if he likes it there he no cabish . So rude place is clean worker are terrible people.

Went here for the first time after a recent incident at a different Laundromat and the experience was night and day. The 3 people who run the location were extremely polite and understanding. The facility is very well maintained and made completing my task a breeze. 5 out of 5 without question

The joy of doing laundry. I haven’t done laundry at a laundromat in a very long time. Our washer is broken so I took our laundry there that weekend.This is an ok place to have your laundry done but it’s far from my favorite place. This place will cost at least 1.5 times what I’d have paid at some other places. The wash cycle is also too short (20 minutes and 30 minutes when you use a larger washers costing you $8+). The place is clean and it’s not too crowded (I visited on a Saturday). They don’t allow use of a powder detergent. The attendant told me I can use it because I said that’s all I have. Then they were on the phone when I used the powder detergent. I won’t go back to this place especially I drove a good 15 minutes to get there.To the owner, thank you for your reply to my review. Even though I haven't been to a laundromat "in years" I'm fully aware of "things have changed on all industries". Thanks for offering a complimentary wash and a free detergent, but I will not go back to your laundromat when I see the owner is disrespectful and disconnected from his customers and speaks of them in such a way implying that they are cheap and are looking for a cheap service.

Great customer service. $8.50 for a load?? I haven't had to use a laundromat in such a long time that I was a little bit surprised by the price, but I don't know if that's reasonable or not; seemed expensive but that could just be due to being out of the loop on cost for a laundromat.

Ive been going here more than a year. Very clean place, along with a great helpfull staff. Machines always work, no troubles at all.

I like this laundromat, it's never busy and pretty quiet when I go. A little small to maneuver around though. The machines are excellent, there's some feature that sanitizes everything after each use. You can use coins or card to wash/dry your clothes. There's also a massage chair near the entrance, that was fun. Dryers are .50 for 10 minutes which made wary, but so far, everything mostly dries in 1 go. The only annoyance is the speaker keeps cycling through the exact same messages repeatedly. I can't even listen to the music playing because of it.

Love this place, washer maybe a little pricey but i understand. The sanitize and cleaning is amazing. Such a comfortable and clean place to be at. 6am which nobody is there (love the quietness) and by 8am you have this amazing women who is always pleasant, cleaning and helpful when you need it. I rather come here once a week then use the sharing complex washer machine and dryer.

I went to the Supersuds on Boston RD. In Billerica and it was extremely clean and Kim, the staff member who was working, was very helpful and friendly. Kim helped me use the machines and pay with a debit card which is very convenient. I will be returning to this branch Weekly and recommended it to several other people already. Thank you again Kim for all your help and hard work and for keeping the laundromat so clean. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service that you provided.-Derrick
