Out of all the shops I've been to.. Sullivan tire in Billerica is my #1. They don't over charge me and actually take care of my car. Other shops I've been to will return my car with the same issues I brought it in for. When I bring my car to the Billerica location, I know I'll be properly taken care of.

Charlie accommodated me to a great schedule on Saturday. He recommended new tires and alignment. I wanted to wait for the car. However, upon needing a new break he provided a ride home and back to the shop. He was courteous and friendly and explained needs and expense quickly. I am extremly happy with my visit to Sullivan's.

My car told me a tire was low. I called sullivan tire because Google said it was the closest tire place. Wanda said come right over; Tim hooked me up and explained everything/ answered all my questions. Is terrific customer service!

My husband’s experience with Sullivan Tyres, Billerica has been really bad. He went there with noise issues in his car. They replaced the front (left and right) bearings for $900. Within two months of the replacement, my husband noticed some strange humming sort of noise coming from the car. Since we had moved to another neighborhood, he went to another Sullivan Tyres to get it checked. To my husband’s surprise they suggested replacement of front (left and right) bearings. My husband went back again to the Billerica center. After evaluation they said that the noise is NOT COMING FROM BEARINGS but from the tyres. According to them the bearings that they had replaced two months ago were working fine.Since the noise got louder, my husband decided to get it checked at Toyota Service Center. Guess what? Front bearings were so damaged and wobbly that they said they’ve never seen anything like this before!! My husband ended up spending another $1000 for the same issue at the Toyota Service Center!! Never going back to Sullivan Tyres Billerica again !!

I have been going to Sullivan since I bought my first car 2014 Nissan Altima. I still have the same car and love getting it serviced at Sullivan. Even though i changed places be it Framingham, Marlboro and now Billerica I receive the same amazing service at all their locations. They mean it when they say we treat our customers like family. Reasonable quotes the same quotes are few hundreds higher at the dealership. Have been going to Billerica since 2017 and all folks there are simply amazing. And how did I forget their Christmas gift coups which go as high as $30.Kudos. Keep up the good service.

I made an appointment about week prior to the service date for a "wait" for my vehicle to be serviced. This store has 6 bays for 6 mechanics and had only 1 at 8AM and another coming in at 9AM. Thats it 2 mechanics for the day causing 3-4 delay at best. This is not the same Sullivan Tire I remember and not the same experience I had in the past. Needless to say lost my business for good. I had other issues not mentioned but left without any service and went elsewhere. P.S. Billerica location.

Great staff here at Billerica Sullivan. I brought my SUV in last week for tires. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the wheels during the install. It happens. Mistakes get made sometimes. It's all good. The team immediately addressed the situation, set up a rental car for me, and brought my car to a professional wheel refinishing company in Waltham. "The Wheel fix". Wheels look impeccable after the repairs and the Sullivan team waived/covered all costs. They then brought my car back to the shop and reinstalled the tires for no cost. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Gene and Matt from the shop, and Alex with the claims department. Definitely a class act from this company.

Tony was super nice and so helpful! He made my first time experience at Sullivan tire very positive and I will definitely go back if I need anything done with my tires or breaks in the future. I trust him and I’m confident in his decisions with my car needs. They removed metal tire caps that were stuck on due to salt erosion from the winter time and removed them by replacing the valve stems and put new plastic caps on. They also checked my break pads and they said they were okay and did not need to be replaced at this time. My experience at this store was great overall!
