“My wife and I have both purchased nice, quality shoes here, but their real bread and butter is the kids selection. Rather than purchasing cheaper shoes at Walmart, Target or similar that break, get ruined or kid grows out of in a few weeks, we decided to start going to Michelson's when our son started running around outside at daycare all the time and 100% do NOT regret it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about inventory and the one time our son's shoes have torn in the four years we've been going, they let him exchange for a new pair. Every other pair have last for multiple seasons, and he's outside a LOT. he's also excited to go (and I've noticed other kids are as well) to see their "pet alligator" - who lives in a wall cavity behind the cash register. They knocked it out of the park with that thing.”
“I love the shoes and the handbags but the staff at that store is terrible, poorly educated and they gave me a lot of attitude due to a mistake made by one of the young women who works there since they treated me very badly.”
“Steve killed it today. I showed up at 11am on a Tuesday and the store was busy for a midweek day. Nonetheless Steve picked the ideal set of options for me in minutes and the first one was the winner. Walked out 30 minutes later with the most comfy shoes I’ve ever run in. Wallet was a bit lighter though :)”

“I am from California, and was just on a trip to the Northeast for the first time. I wandered into Footstock after having lunch in Concord. I really did not need shoes for this trip, but I saw the most perfect pair of lightweight leather slides that I need for a different trip later this year. The saleswoman was so helpful in assisting me to try the shoes, and informed me how to ensure that slides will stay on the foot, giving me a little pad for each shoe. I was wondering how I would get them home in my already full suitcase. I was musing aloud about having to press the shoes together, and leave their box behind. She offered to have them shipped, at my cost. I was very happy to accept that offer, because these are expensive shoes, over $200, and they deserve to be treated properly. And then....I was directed upstairs to the sale area!! Wow!!! Terrific styles and prices! I will most definitely return to Footstock when I visit my friends in the area again. An absolute gem of a shoe store! Thank you for all of your care.”
“Great pointe shoe fitting! We have been to many places and spent hours and hours only to walk out with the wrong shoe. At the recommendation of a few friends, we tried Dance this Way and Alena was so knowledgeable it took a fraction of the time to find the perfect fit. “I had heard great things about madewell jeans generally, and I simply had to leave a positive review for this store since the service was so amazing. I went in to try on and purchase some jeans, and the sales folks were instantly helpful with recommending sizes and styles that would work. They brought me multiple sizes and styles to try while I was in the changing room, and gave great feedback on other styles to try based on the ones I liked.My receipt says Viv W (2023 Nov 11 at about 11:30 am, in case a manager or such reads this) and also a woman who seemed to be her manager - shout out to them for the excellent customer service.”
“Brought my gravel bike in looking for an upgraded groupset and wheelset. I just picked up what seems like a brand new bike to me! Jose and Luca were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process (especially answering my 1000 questions) and the work was done in mere days! “Really helpful sales people and great clothes for any age man. Over the holidays i was looking for a particular item that was sold out. I called customer service and got an agent that should be a trainer for all phone agents. He, Benjamin, tried his best to find the item and kept me informed as we went along. Ultimately i didn't get the item but it wasn't for lack of effort.”

“The best sales occur on the weekend. You typically see additional discounts added to the sale price. This Methuen location also has Osh Kosh clothing. The also have really amazing team members who are incredibly helpful. One team member approached my little ones and asked if they wanted to color at the activity table and gave them stickers at the end of our shopping trip.”
“Love my new pair of short boots. They are beautiful, made from the highest quality materials, and will last my lifetime. My posture has never been better, my lower back pain gone, and my sleep much deeper and more restful. Better than chiropractic, physical therapy, going to the gym, and acupuncture because it immediately corrects the root cause of the problem - the shape and strength of your arches!
Cons: The clogs take 8 weeks to be made and are a little noisy.”

“Carter's is the best. Great quality clothing for children. If you want to get clothes from their sister company head up to Merrimack where they have a Carter's and Osh'Kosh connected side-by-side. Carter's has the best holiday outfits for your infants and toddlers.”

“As a 75-year-old guy, I certainly expected to be ignored when I went to this store to buy shoes for skateboarding. Instead, I received outstanding service from a young man named Princeton, who is so smart and professional.I was seeking flexible shoes; unlike my Nike running shoes, which flex only from front to back (not sideways) I wanted shoes that flex in all directions because when running shoes can't flex sideways they force the knee and ankle in directions they don't like by transferring the force to something other than the foot.I'm so happy with my new shoes I'm going back to buy a couple more pairs.The store was also impressive....very clean and meticulously organized.I can't wait to wear them to my next visit with my M.D.”

“The return policy is a little strict. But they worked with me and I ended up buying two pairs of shoes I love. Ecco shoes are the best I've ever worn. Comfortable and durable. Just make sure your clear on the return policies. If you wear them outside your only chance is an exchange. The manager Carlos approved my exchange and I am a very happy customer. Highly recommend Ecco and this location.”

“This store is an excellent resource for Women's clothing in great fabrics -- cotton, linen, wool. While not a fan of EF unflattering shapes and silhouettes, the fabrics, price, & color options (when they work) make up for it. I've always found staff pleasant to chat with and their (mostly) hands off approach suits me.”

“So, I had not idea I was a JJill girly. I popped in to see the dress selection for a rehearsal dinner. Tina pulled so many dresses that I was unsure about, but boy was she right! I ended up leaving buying two dresses that I LOVED but never would have pulled for myself. I also bought a shirt and jewelry. Tina really made my whole day, she made it feel like I was shopping with a thoughtful friend. I went home and tried all my new clothes to show my husband. He was also loving the new looks.”

“Good selection of shoes and they have socks and bags/purses and backpacks too. The prices are average, I thought it was more of a discount store, but the prices are more like Marshalls etc. Neither crazy high nor crazy low prices but overall it is a good place to shop”
