Tremendous customer service. The work is always done right the first time and the pricing is extremely fair. There’s nothing better than knowing you have an honest mechanic when you need one. I’ve recommended multiple friends and family members to Sal’s and they have all become repeat customers. John is a stand up guy and does a lot of work for his community. This is the type of business we should all be supporting. I’ll never bring any of my cars to any other shop as long as John owns Sal’s.Thanks for all of the great work you’ve done on all of my cars over the years.

Long story short, I had an issue trying to get my truck there earlier on the day I scheduled the appointment, which was a week and a half wait. When I called to ask if I could drop the truck off that night I was laughed at and told they are another week out and that they are there to only make money. They don’t care about their customers but the money you will give them.

I don't know what that one person was talking about them being racist on facebook reviews. John is the most honest, kind soul who takes pride in his business and nobody that is employed for him is racist, so must be the wrong shop buddy. With that being said John has saved me multiple times when I needed something fixed for a reasonable price. He also called me thru the process to let me know exactly what he was fixing, and have actually mentioned a few times that I didn't need to do something so he isn't a mechanic to rip you off. I bet the mechanic that services the j*** that says Sal's is racist goes to will rip you off.Services: Exhaust

Overall very good experience. John, Alex and all folks very nice, honest, and knowledgeable.As someone living 5mins from them, here are some details:1. I once ran out of coolant. They replaced for me free of charge.2. Maintenance cost is very reasonable and always done properly.3. They have several high-end database to look into repair estimate. Most of the time their quotes are very reasonable and much much lower than dealerships.It’s definitely not as fancy as dealership. But keep in mind what matters is the quality of the work and the honesty of people, not the waiting areas with coffee.
