Well stocked store, well informed staff, wide selection of dog foods. I got help switching my dogs toward a fresh/raw diet. I had a really nice conversation with an associate. I made a couple choices, got some product names and feel like my dogs will benefit from the change. So far they are very enthusiastic about fresh/raw food!

Very easy to order online, email confirmation is sent shortly after placing the order, called store when arriving and dog food was placed in my carCouldn't be happier with the process.

This review is specifically for the grooming center. I'mNot exactly sure how the model works but they clearly employ inexperienced people on commission to do the job. I signed up for a slot online. I was given the information of the groomer who would work on my dog only to find out on the day of that it was someone else. Within minutes of talking to him, I realized that he's a newbie or someone who learned to groom from YouTube. 100% not trained. I asked for a poodle cut and he said that he's not familiar with it while looking up poodle cuts on the phone. That should have been my cue to leave but I was desperate. We settled on a "round cut" for my Bichon. Now, if you own a Bichon you know exactly what I'm talking about here. 4 hours later, my fluffy little guy was returned with everything chopped off, including his ears! There was no round shape. His head looks flat, the hair around his mouth was trimmed down to the point that it now looks so narrow, almost triangle in shape and his adorable long ears are, well, gone. My heart breaks for my little man. Go elsewhere if you can.

Michelle and Cheyenne do an amazing job grooming. I always feel so comfortable dropping off my little Mason to them. Their love for dogs is so evident.Mason always comes out of grooming looking so handsome. Thanks for a great job ladies.Angel & Mason

We went to the pet supply store at night. We found what we needed and came to check out. The machine did not recognize the discount but our cashier helped with it and manually put the discount for us. Nice guy , highly recommend this place. Our pet eats the food. This is also spot on!

Michele did a fantastic job on our Mini Schnauzer! She took the time to ask just what I wanted and we are so happy with the results! Our puppy looks adorable and has the perfect cut for Schnauzers. Plus he's happy! Thank you!

I've been bringing my dog to pet supply plus since they opened in my are. We use the self washing area. Recently, they have allowed some professional groomers to occupy the entire area for hours every time I'm there. They groomers are rude and the staff there does nothing. I get you have to wash multiple dogs but why do you need to take up the entire wash area? Recently we've had to come back 3 weekends I. A row just for a shot to wash my pup. This last weekend we showed up 30 minutes early and Waited by the door to open and the lady groomer ran inside and mad a stink about how she shouldn't have to wait. Piss poor pet supply plus

I have recently found this store after looking for a new groomer in my area.My first experience far exceeded my expectations! I am very happy with my dog's groomer, Michelle. She is very knowledgable and does a fantastic jobwith my pet.All the employees at this location are very kind and will go out of their wayto help...I am extremely happy at this location and hope it remains for avery long time!!!!!!!
