Before I came to Jax I had a horrible experience with Toyota in Woburn. I read the reviews for Jax and they were all positive so I decided to go and give this dealership a chance. Best decision I've ever made.. not only did I find a car I loved but Jason made the entire process easier then I could have imagined. All of this happened at the beginning of the covid-19 crisis and I didn't think i would be able to get the car until after due to most RMV's being closed. However, Jason managed to get in and get my plates and I had my car! Awesome customer service. I would recommend 10/10

Jax Auto Sales and Rental was amazing to work, excellent customer service! After being in a car accident, I was dealing with a time crunch to find a reliable vehicle ASAP. Jason (the owner) quickly provided me with an excellent deal on a vehicle that perfectly suits my needs. Beyond the car purchase, Jason also referred me to an insurance company that offered me a very reasonable/competitive rate for comprehensive insurance coverage. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a used car to do their business with Jax Auto Sales. Thank you Jason!

I went to Greg about 9 months ago looking for a car. I had just started a new job and needed a way to get to and from. He told me he would put me in a safe reliable car so that I didn't have to worry while driving around with my daughter. Before I even bought the car I told them the brakes needed to be replaced, he said his mechanic would do it. About 3 months after I had the car I had to replace the brakes myself. Since then I've had to replace electrical wiring and now it is in the shop for the third time in 9 months getting a new radiator. I regret purchasing a vehicle from them because it has been nothing but a headache and a WORRY. Please go somewhere else when looking for a vehicle. He uses the typical salesman speeches, but sells poor quality vehicles.
