I have been a customer of O’Connor/Ace Hardware for many years and absolutely love this store. The employees are very knowledgeable and very willing to assist always. Can’t say enough about this store. I will continue to shop there always. I’m there at least once a week. I enjoy just walking through and seeing what new items have been added each season. Love, love love this store.

Ample free parking with a few nearby handicapped parking spots. extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, well organized and marked aisles for ease of finding what one needs, plenty of checkouts manned by great cashiers that get you rung up in no time at all. I love the pick up in store option as well when I don't have time to wander around collecting what I need in person, it's much simpler shopping online and then just picking it up so I thoroughly appreciate this service.

I have been shopping here for over a decade. There is no comparison from this store to a big box store. You walk into a big box store and your on your own. You will never find someone to help you. You come to O'connor and get asked three times for assistance before arriving to your product. When its time to check out at a big box store you can self check out or wait forever for a live person. There are no self checkouts at O'Connor, check out is immediately by a live friendly associate. I also find pricing better at O'Connor's. If you utilize the coupons that come to your home regularly then O'Connor is far better priced. I am lucky to have a retail establishment like O'Connor near by. Their service and attention to detail does not go unnoticed.
