“I am a driver delivering materials to them. I went through a very crazy event one day that could have turned out tragic. Literally without hesitation numerous personnel from landscape express stopped what they were doing and jumped in to help me. Everyone from employees to management saw that I needed help and they didn't think twice about their own safety and Helped me. I personally may not have purchased anything here, simply because I'm not looking to spruce anything up at the moment but when I decide I definitely will but simply based on the attitudes and selfless character of all who I encountered yesterday their is no question in my mind that they are worth your time and business. “On 2/15 I called to see what time the Tewksbury mahoneys closed. The girl who answered the phone told me 6pm. I went there at 5:10 and the 2 men working had the lights off and was about to walk out because they actually closed at 5pm. They were so understanding about the mistake anbout what time the store closed they opened the store back up so I could get my plants that I needed to get. I wish I got their names. they helped me get what I needed to get and were so nice staying longer than they needed to making sure I was happy. They were both so wonderful.”

“I would recommend this place for customer service, but I went in there, looking at flowers for my friends graduation and all the sudden as I'm looking at flowers the door opens, and I'm being threatened and charged at a alarming customer who claims he lives near the area and doesn't fucking like me and the owner told the criminal shopper to get the fuck out and never come back! So left and never came back”

It was a $0.30 fix but the associate, Mark, spent the time with me to make sure that I was all set, found the right size to fit and even helped me fix my skate. “Amazing customer service! I purchased a tree Wednesday evening. This was my first time doing the Xmas tree by myself, as my husband has just had knee replacement surgery. Not only did Mike carry the tree and load it into my car himself- when I called a couple of days later because the tree was not taking water, Mike sent two guys over to my home with a new tree, and they exchanged the new tree with the old tree and set it up for me. And they brought me a gift of a gallon of chocolate chip ice cream! By far the best customer service experience we have ever had. We are customers for life!”

“Steve in the gardening center was great and helped us troubleshoot a long-running plant issue, ensuring he understood the problem that needed to be addressed rather than just pushing some products on us and sending us on our way. Overall the rest of the staff we interacted with was mostly friendly and helpful, though a few of them were somewhat abrupt.”

We were unfortunately unable to find any in stock, but he looked in every possible place which even included going up on a step ladder to look at the stock up top. In a day and age where business tend to be understaffed and staffed by unhappy people, this was a great change in pace. Outstanding job on your hire.”

“Been seeing Gerard’s for a while now and decided to spend some time there this past Sunday. Lovely selection of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and succulents. Inside there are jams and pies with assorted indoor decor. The vibe is quiet and serene. I believe I met Gerard who was very helpful and checked in to see if I needed assistance while browsing. I personally enjoy being left alone until I need assistance or have questions. After finding several plants and jams. I asked Gerard for assistance. He kindly gathered the items for me and took them to my car. I also purchased a small apple pie which was delicious and had no mold or problems. I ate it all. Yum. As for pricing I was shocked at how affordable it was. I will be going back and enriching my garden with the wonderful selection Gerard offers. As for Gerard, he is very honest, quiet, and direct. All the qualities in a business owner I look for. If you desire a showboat this is not your place. The show is in the selection. Thank you ?”
