It says Metro buy T-Mobile but yet you can't service T-Mobile customers or help T-Mobile customer. Unacceptable. It does not matter whether or not there's a T-Mobile alternate store in the same shopping center. I could literally close my account just from this poor experience. Very simple what I was asking. At least for somebody who understands and comprehends what the complication is. I have a notification going off every single minute and I don't know which one it is and I needed to be turned off but I need the rest of my notifications to still be on. They suggested just to turn the notifications off all together which completely nullifies the point of notifications

Samantha was EXTREMELY helpful to me in multiple different ways. She helped me change my plan to the one I wanted and helped my apply for ACP to reduce my phone bill. She was very professional and kind. She went above and beyond to do everything she could to help me. I was extremely satisfied with her service and I think she is a wonderful person and hard good worker. She even stayed past closing time to finish helping me with everything. She is 10/10 employee and I think she should get a raise and a promotion! She was so wonderful and helpful I cannot say enough good things about her. Thank you Samantha!!!! You are the best metro employee I have ever met!!!

Okay first off let me tell you i was having a terrible day, lost my phone didn't know my pin.Got told at a different metro store that theres nothing they can do to help me.Called metro customer support and was told the same thing.I went to this metro to cancel and ended up telling Samantha what was going on and with in 15 minutes, i had a phone with my same number and she helped me change my pin.Something that two other metro employees said was impossible.10/10 would go drive out of my way to go to this branch.

Samantha and Steve are the best at the Billerica location.. I wouldn't go anywhere else .. very friendly and knowledgeable.. they make phone troubles seem to disappear
