I have been using this pharmacy since my children were patients of the Pediatric group that was upstairs.The Pharmacists recognize their regular customers and are courteous and willing to answer any questions.

just wanted to take the time to say that this shop has consistently been a great experience for me. I have switched over to this pharmacy a year ago because I was done being treated with robotic indifference with the latter.. The staff is amazing, both helpful and understanding. I really appreciate the genuine customer service which is rare these days...its a good feeling to know that there are still people out there that take pride in their work until the last minute. very well run, good on you guys.

Staff & ownership are amazing! They inventory a remarkable variety of items & always willing to obtain what's needed should they not have your required item. They offer many specialty services that can't be obtained @ a "chain" store pharmacy. One of very few independent pharmacies left & providing GREAT service to the community!!!

We have been going to Medical Center Pharmacy since August 1989 when we moved to Massachusetts! I was diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic the week we moved here and Sheldon Rubin, the owner, and his thoughtful staff were unbelievably helpful. I feel so safe getting my prescriptions and Medical advice from him and the staff here because they are obviously very well versed and knowledgeable but the care and compassion exhibited by all who work here makes us feel like family. I have never known an organization In this field that is as wonderful, kind, sensitive and genuinely caring about their clients! Thanks for all you do Sheldon and staff and I look forward to doing business with Medical Center Pharmacy for many many years to come !!!

Lift chairs, Walkers, Shower chairs, Mepilex wound dressings, Large cuff blood pressure meters, Presure stockings...this drugs store apparently specializes in carrying what the chain drugs stores don't. If there is some drug store thing that you cannot find somewhere else, give these people a call. They are not the most wheelchair accessible store, which is strange given their supplies for paraplegics, nor the cheapest, but if you cannot find it anywhere else, they may likely be able to get it, and quickly. They are hard to find. Look for the driveway just south of the supermarket in North Billerica, on the other side of the road from the CVS.
