“Today I had to help my first baby to get his truck registered and insured so anyone with kids can imagine how nerve wracking this is! I was so stressed, the rates for these new drivers are ridiculous! I called around to at least 5 different insurance places but once I was on the phone with Jennie Buth I knew I did not have to look anymore and I was set I was going with Fred C Church because of Jennie. She is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for insurance! “I bought my house 4 years ago. I priced out insurance with my current agent and Otis Brown. They were $70 a year cheaper and I felt a little guilty but changed agents to Otis Brown. Recently, I had a problem with a my exiting sewer pipe cracking. This will require about $5000 worth or work with the plumber and landscaper who has to dig up the patio the pipe runs thru. When the insurance adjuster came out this week he mentioned that the coverage I have includes some sort of rider that covers "service line coverage" It costs $35 a year and not all insurance companies offer it, it was not something I specifically asked for but because I went thru Otis Brown they put it on my policy and it's going to save me $5000 out of my pocket. I am SO grateful for them and their excellent service.”
