Lowest rate when buying a bike from a dealership.That was the easiest part of dealing with them. I've hated every other interaction.Paying off the bike and moving on to a better credit union.

I was applying for a loan I was greeted with a smile by Jyoti Patel. She made me feel welcome, after explaining everything to me about the loan I was more relaxed. Five star rating is not enough to describe an employee like her thank you so much.... Hardeo Balkishun

Website is awful and doesn't let me log in. People don't answer the phone to help. I have a car loan and live in New Hampshire. Branches here shut down the day after I got the car loan. Go figure. Trying to set up automatic bill pay and can't because I can't get into the online thing

I go here for everything. All of the employees are patient and will walk you through anything. The tellers hare work with you so much so that I prefer to call or go in person regarding things such as loan payments/applications over doing so online. Couldn't recommend more!

This Hanscom Federal Credit Union is located next to Market Basket. This is a walk in location no drive-through. Parking is easy as it's in a lodge outdoor plaza with multi stores. this location is kept very clean. The staff here are very friendly outgoing and helpful. They have savings accounts checking accounts credit cards mortgages and surprisingly they do cash advance.

Nice People,small bank. I bank with DCU .. and this is a sister bank ! Not all locations allow depositing of checks through ATM Hanscom FCU does with DCU accounts .Would be awesome if they would think about having another ATM inside the North Billerica branch. When the only Atm in the entrance breaks/ needs service, Customers can still access an ATM without having to wait 20 minutes because other customers are being helped , they only have like three people in there.. So it would be very effective for the customers and the staff!?

The three stars is for the fact that they did help me get a loan I needed. Aside of that I would rate them one star for customer service. Like most other reviews here, this is also in regards to Jyoti Patel who treated me so patronizingly I wanted to ask, "what did I do to you??" I was talked down to HARD for being poor and having to work long hours, given the same nagging message over and over until I could almost say it back to her as she said it. And yet at the same time there was still a lot of miscommunication that lead to a long drive there and back that was almost pointless. I work in customer service myself, and if I treated a single client of mine like that, I'd be hamstrung and fired. She desperately needs a customer service seminar and makes Hanscom look bad/painfully elitist. I guess if you're poor and you're into people shaming you for it, then perfect, but if that's not your thing then no it's not advisable to come here.

It is clear no one likes doing their job. Ask for something to be added to letter head and couldn't do it. No manager in the office. Will not return, useless and not helpful at all. Told me had to close my account and open another one because Hanscom fraudulently changed a name and no one knows who did it. Well better believe investigation will be happening.

So after having a horrible time at Santander bank I brought my business elsewhere to here and it was worth it I walked in and Julie took great care of my by opening my checking and savings account and helped me gain access to all my needs through Mobil banking I am very pleased and can not wait to have future banking with them !

I've been a member of HFCU for well over 20 years, first opening an account at the base. Unfortunately, I had to go into the North Billerica branch. I had an interaction with J Wig gins. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and just downright insulting. Even though I've been a member for many years, my interaction with her has made me start looking for a new bank.

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a bank/credit union. It was a quick, easy and stress free process. Jyoti Patel was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to work with us to help us get approved as well as reaching out to tell me she discovered an old discrepancy on my credit report (that I couldn’t see) that was causing issues for me. I am so thankful for her! highly recommend!!

Everytime I call, I'm on hold for over 20 minutes. I can't seem to talk to anyone. Online business is fine.
