If i could give this company zero stars i would. For starters the only reason i worked with this company is because Baylor Scott and White is associated with them. Luckily for me my mother in law is pretty high up and if i have anything to say about that it will change. The first time i got sent the monitor they sent it to the wrong location and didn't even have my last name on it which made it terribly hard to pick up from the ups office. The replacement battery they sent me did not work. After wearing it for over a week i get told that it never even sent any information in. They of course tried to state that it was due to my cell reception however the heart monitors we have had in the past have always worked fine. If it were due to cell reception when the tech had me drive around for thirty minutes then it would of started recording and sending information over and it did not. I have many more sad facts about this company but they are not nearly as important as the experience that i had with the supposed owner. I have been trying to get in contact with ANYONE at this company since july 31st and no one will give me a call back no matter how many times we call. Today i called and the owner states to me that they will send another heart monitor when they get the old one back. I told them that i sent it back the same day i started calling them which was July 31st. She then all of a sudden sees that it was sent back and is sending a new one. She refuses to send it to MY location and instead wants to send it to an empty apartment knowing that there will be no one there to sign for it. She was extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional. When i told her i was leaving a bad review she stated that i was threatening her and why would she want to do business with someone is threatening her. I instructed her that I in now way am threatening and i very much so will be leaving a review. Everyone in this situation has somehow seem to forgotten that this is about a 5 year old with chest pain. NO urgency was used. This is my child whom is stating his heart hurts and i couldn't even get a call back from July 31st- August 11th. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you are a big business and you are even slightly considering doing any business with this company i strongly urge that you rethink that. The owner is an absolute terrible customer service and she cares about no one but herself. She wanted to make sure that i knew that ALL of her heart monitors are in PERFECT condition and this is ALL my fault.

0 stars. Not only have I had nothing but issues with this company, I've spoke with the owner a few times and she is THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL human being i've had the pleasure of working with. Not only did the equipment she provided more than once, came broken, she claimed that it was MY FAULT when the equipment had came like that. She not only threatened me for leaving a bad review but she hung up on me. This is in regards to my child's well being and she acted like it did not matter. I will NEVER reccomend this company and I will be going above her, the owner, and letting Baylor scott and white know. I know i'm not the only one, so I am hoping this gets them to work with someone who treats their customers with more respect and is a better overall human being.

After being told there was no time limit for me to use the equipment I was sent a "final notice" for return of the equipment or I would be invoiced without any other prior contact to find out what was going on. Called and no apology. Terrible customer service.
