Worst service ever! They blatantly lied that they were at my house to deliver the package when actually they weren’t. They rescheduled my package to arrive the next day but sent me no tracking whatsoever and now want me to pick it up from their office

This is FedEx freight I promise these people aren't coming to your houses and leaving your KitchenAid mixers in the rain on your stoop. Also the service center manager is a babe.

Absolute worst delivery service in massachusetts. Driver consistently skips my house because I’m at the end of his day and just tags my stuff as undeliverable no one home, so I have to constantly pick up anything shipped FedEx which defeats the purpose of paying them to deliver
