The delivery is great but I was looking for a Fedwx drop off and Yelp took me to N.Billerica which is just their warehouse for shipping. No customer counter. I had to go back to Burlington.

Just can't get it right, my packages are always delivered to the WRONG HOUSE. This don't happen with UPS or USPS only Fed Ex. House number plain as day. Whose driving the Truck Ray Charles ? Don't the use GPS. When I order stuff I have to ask merchant if they use Fed Ex, even my neighbors come over or call to see if I received their package. I say did you use Fed Ex they say yes, I reply its on the street somewhere.

Worst customer service at this Billerica location. Not only is it over a week late, supposed to be delivered between 10 and 2 today, after 3 and it's still not here, can't understand customer service, supposed to call an hour before delivery (no call) and I can't get any answers. I don't recommend using Fed Ex freight!!!

I ordered an expensive item last week, and selected it to be delivered to my local Walgreens. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday (after a week to go across the country,) but then sat in a truck for a day, and was dispatched this morning. I then get a message saying the delivery couldn't be made because the business was closed or I wasn't home. I was home, but I have another message saying my redirect request went through and I know Walgreens was open. So.... I'm probably not going to see this until Monday, which is a drag because I have to learn how to use it before a project coming up. :( Bummer.

I ordered a tile through the tile app chose fed ex out of options to have package deluvred was tomd after delivery was attempted that they could not deliver to my post office bad. Which is ok but then I could not pick it up at a local fed ex pickle up site. Frustrating to say the least I will never again use fed ex from this day forward if the choice is mine

If I could take Stars from them I will . As all the other reviews hold this is the worst FedEx location ever. They had my big tv " out for delivery " dec 22nd and magically gets lost . As if it was a small package and then after they have the audacity to yank my chain that they'll put out an investigation and call me back everyday for 2 weeks....... FedEx with all due disrespect suck my dick

Absolutely Horrible! I am a photographer and ordered a lens that I should have received Wednesday (3 days ago). We live in a small condo where the dog barks at every leaf that blows by... Day 1: (Wednesday) I was home on the couch maybe 15 feet from the door and FedEx somehow managed to "Attempt a delivery" and left a tag on the door. ... Day 2: (Friday) My husband and I were both downstairs and on the couch with the dog and I get a message they once again "attempted a delivery but no one was home" and left another tag SAYING THEY WOULD TRY ONE MORE ATTEMPT. Only around 5 minutes went by so I ran outside looking for them... then drove around Haverhill looking for them... then contacted customer service in the Philippines on the third or fourth attempt navigating their automated system trying to get a human being. They said they would be there Saturday.. today. ... Day 3: (Today) I left 3 signs on the door, sitting on the couch with my husband and the dog (still very close to the door), left the TV off in case it made too much noise, checked the door and looked out the window often... made no plans so I can sign for this package. I kept checking Amazon to track the package... at 12:11 I checked and it says "Delivery attempted at 12:11"! I ran outside and looked all over.. no truck and no tag. Drove around Haverhill and Groveland looking... nothing. While I was gone, My Husband called the shipping station in Billerica and let the poor girl working know that NO Monday is not an acceptable time to "retry" ... My husband must have been mad because he hates calling customer service.. he was still on with them when I got home from trying to find the truck and she told me they will be back today. It's now 6:00... nothing. 3 days I waited close to the door for this delivery... Please stop using FedEx for your packages... I have no idea when or if i am going to receive my lens that I got to shoot this weekend.

Very rude when you call for help. The drivers make excuses when they don't get to your delivery. Cost my business a lot of money by not getting things delivered when they were promised at ridiculous shippin* prices
