I initially had a nice lady help me with setting up an account for checking and savings. But out of fear of my check being fraudulent, they had declined the process in the end. Though I thought this could happen seeing it was a big check (at least for me). But the person to tell me this (maybe someone higher up)kept asking me questions regarding my work place and my address. She even said "the checks not even that big i don't see why you wouldn't be able to cash it elsewhere." She said there were a buncha red flags. But it seemed to me she was calling me the red flag because it was as if she didn't believe where I worked and where I lived. Which at that point maybe ask for further investigation? I could get proof of work through paystubs and proof of address through mail and things like that. But it was just straight up declined. Said I "won't be able to open an account with the check at any Enterprise bank and there are plenty of other banks around." (I chose this bank after researching and googling banks it wasn't on a whim.) I felt a bit belittled I won't lie. I'm not trying to be entitled. It just felt bad that there was no effort for my interests. At least from consumers perspective.

I like how they took their time to explain the processes and address my needs on the phone and in person.

From a small town feel of customer service, to a current fast paced effective bank for all your needs. I have watched this bank grow for the past 20 plus years, always having the community needs first. The philanthropy this bank performs is a team effort from all its employees.

Always a pleasure to be here. The ladies at N. Billerica are so kind and always know you by name. The girls behind the teller windows are so friendly and are fun to talk to. Go on one of their bake sales (to benefit local community fundraisers) and you will glad you did!!!
