“Samantha was EXTREMELY helpful to me in multiple different ways. She helped me change my plan to the one I wanted and helped my apply for ACP to reduce my phone bill. She was very professional and kind. She went above and beyond to do everything she could to help me. I was extremely satisfied with her service and I think she is a wonderful person and hard good worker. She even stayed past closing time to finish helping me with everything. She is 10/10 employee and I think she should get a raise and a promotion! She was so wonderful and helpful I cannot say enough good things about her. Thank you Samantha!!!!
