I highly recommend Marshall's they are easy to work with and stayed in contact letting me know updates about the repairs on my car. The car looks great you cannot even tell it was in an accident.

They very kindly quickly fixed the loose front bumper of my car, free of charge. I didn't have any major work done, but in the future if needed they'll be my go to.

Marshall’s Autobody did an excellent job on the repair of my car. They began the job on the scheduled date and completed the work within the time frame promised. More work was needed than on the original estimate. Marshall’s Autobody contacted my insurance company and took care of everything. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Thank you for doing such a great job!! If I ever need your services again, Marshall’s Autobody will be the one I call.

I've used Marshall's Auto Body on a couple of occasions over the years for body work and was always very satisfied with their professionalism, politeness, the quality of their work and very fair pricing. Today I noticed, after lightly scraping against a frozen snowdrift, my front passenger door was making a snapping noise when opened. Anyway, I brought it down to Marshall's thinking another repair bill since I wasn't going to go thru insurance, and I was greeted by Patrick who assured me it was no big deal to fix and he could take care of it right then and there by just popping something out--which he did in just a few minutes and didn't charge me a dime, which I thought was awesome! I highly recommend Marshall's as your "go to" place for car repairs and I will continue to be a customer forever! Plus the fresh cookies they offer to all their customer are delicious!!

I took my Range Rover to Marshall’s after my accident. That was the best decision I made. My car looks brand new. It’s the cleanest it’s ever been, both inside and out. The team at Marshalls was a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed on the repair progress which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Marshall’s for all your auto collision & detailing needs.

I brought my SUV to Marshalls after someone ran into me. Marshals worked with both insurance Companies updating what the original adjuster may have not seen. They started by giving me the timeline to repair, what it involved, And when I could drop the vehicle off and have a Rental waiting. They kept me up-to-date, and the vehicle was repaired within the time expected. Repair was perfect. The paint match perfect. I noticed the whole vehicle has been buffed out, washed and waxed, and the interior was vacuumed. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend them to a family and friends!

Top notch body work and customer support. You cannot do better anywhere. This was my third body project in the last several years and the quality of the repair, along with the customer experience was consistently excellent. I would not consider going anywhere else. When you pick up your vehicle, you can expect it to be professionally detailed, which is just an indicator of how seriously they take customer service.

The staff at Marshall’s Autobody in Billerica, MA are very professional. From the minute you enter the building, the staff makes you feel confident that you will be taken care of and they respond very quickly and appropriately to any questions/ concerns. I have been a customer several times, and have been happy with the results.
