Amazing customer service. I called everywhere within a 20 mile radius and this was the only place that had the part I needed. There was a large snow storm and the part was for my plow to operate. They were closing in 5 minutes and I was 20 minutes away.. they worked with me and left the part accessible for me to pick up. Good business and even better people. Thank you

My husband needed a car battery. He walks in the store a employee felt like looking at her cell phone was more important than attending to a customer. My husband asked her for a certain kind of battery, she couldn't find it, called her manager who also seemed bothered with my husband presence asking for the same item a second time. Long story short - people need to learn more customer service, how to be kind and bypass the racial judgments. He then went to auto zone in Billerica and had awesome customer service as it should be.

9-9-2020Called ahead about fan belts.Walked in with two fan belts in my hand.Big sign on door says “No Mask No Entry”.Recognized former friend is delivery driver, was saying hello to him when they started insulting my shirt and my hat. ?3 Of these employees of these employees NOT Wearing Masks during Pandemic!! ?I only wanted to buy a fan belts.I don’t like being insulted and I don’t need to catch the virus!! Goodbye!I WALKED OUT!!

I am a nurse looking for surgical masks for myself As my employer is forcing us to wear the same mask for 5 days! I am not expecting them for free and would gladly buy some. They want $100 for a box of 50! That is serious price gouging! Awful way to do business!
