“Amazing customer service. I used their rental for an insurance claim. I was in two different vehicles in about 3 months. Everytime I called or had to go their they made the process very easy. I remember Cody and Janelle helping me but I did speak to a few others and they were very nice and helpful. Even when I had issues with reimbursement with the insurance Janelle was prompt and helped clear things up immediately. I appreciate this enterprise very much and will be sure to use it for my next rental!”

“We picked up a car today at the Woburn, Ma location on Mishuawm Rd. The gentleman who took care of our reservation, Amir, was the best. He was kind, courteous, patient and informative. I would never consider renting a car anywhere else in the area if you could promise that Amir would be the guy taking care of us. He is a true positive asset to the company!”
“Mike was great at pickup! Got me the minivan I wanted, clean interior (exterior a bit dirty but not an issue) and very friendly. Note that reviews from more than 2 years ago would have been with someone else so it’s safe to ignore them. Also this map location is correct.”

“Before I came to Jax I had a horrible experience with Toyota in Woburn. I read the reviews for Jax and they were all positive so I decided to go and give this dealership a chance. Best decision I've ever made.. not only did I find a car I loved but Jason made the entire process easier then I could have imagined. All of this happened at the beginning of the covid-19 crisis and I didn't think i would be able to get the car until after due to most RMV's being closed. However, Jason managed to get in and get my plates and I had my car! Awesome customer service. I would recommend 10/10”
