Timeframe for delivery was Thursday between 10-11am. After waiting the whole day for the delivery, called my supplier that hired AMA to delivery an AC unit that had installation scheduled for the next day, Friday. Friday I decided to call them to follow-up, but apparently AMA has their policies that the end customer is can not be aware because the end customer is not the entity contracting the company. When I called AMA, Amy picked up and said they only delivery to residential addresses by appointment only, not only they did not delivery the item but dis not contact my supplier or me. With a little bit of attitude and talking over me she explained there is no way I am getting my delivery on the same day because the truck was already out and apparently they don’t delivery to residential addresses on Friday, of course, I had to be aware of their policies without even being the company hiring them. They said I can pick it up from their dock after 5pm when the truck is back. Now I am on a situation where I have to re-schedule my customer one more time because even though we could install it after 5pm, the building does not allow work to be done after hours. So I called my supplier to deal with them and just give a place and time to pick up the AC unit I need to install ASAP because its 90F outside and I honestly don’t want to lose my patience with someone that does not have any customer service skills to answer calls from customers.Edit: there was no attempt of delivery, I know because I was personally there waiting for this shipment. Also, your representative never reach out to me. In fact I had to google to find your number and I reach out myself after waiting until noon on that Friday, in the end I paid for shipping for a package I had to drive an hour to pick up. I am still going to use my supplier to get the units I need, but I will pick it up myself from now on and don’t waste any more time and money dealing with you guys, because if I had to, I would lose my customers.

Bottle neck in logistics. I’ve used their services 4 times and each time there was an issue. They always have an excuse, something is always amiss. They take over a week to deliver LTLs which they claimed was a regular route. The staff is unprofessional. On the last one, I was told that they are busy with other shipments.Can someone please recommend a decent logistics company that can ship LTLs from 07047 to 01540?

Driver made ILLEGAL and DANGEROUS U-TURN across 4 lanes of traffic on rt 139 Pembroke very nearly causing an accident. She then gave the middle finger to the keep that almost hit me, as if she wasn’t executing an ILLEGAL and HIGHLY DANGEROUS maneuver.Is this how you want your company represented??

Well ,that place got bigger and better I used to go there few years ago it is good but dropped your trailer came back later or after 10 hrs , check out the Greek restaurant .

Avoid, avoid, avoid. This company will quote you a low price and then raise it when you give them the job. I had a contract with them and they raised my monthly fee by 70% after two years. For transportation services they added fees such as large amount of fuel surcharge, when their building is only 1.5 miles from mine. They raised other fee's beyond what was agreed on the contract claiming the crates were over sized, when they were not. Items I had in their storage were covered with a thick layer of soot and dirt, in some cases damaging the items. They didn't even bother to clean them before delivery. I terminated my business with them and because they had my property hostage in their building, I had to comply with their exorbitant fee's one last time to get my property, and they required cash on delivery.
