Expect to pay more than new at times, rude customer service. Was in a tight situation or would've never paid that much.

I have come here for years on scrap yard scrounging missions. I have always found that they have a lot of cars and being able to pull your own parts is a big plus. Not many places will let you do this any more. Their prices are very reasonable, sometimes negotiable, and they have always treated me with courtesy and respect. Be careful crossing the narrow bridge over the railroad tracks that leads to the yard. I give them five stars.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER GO HERE I had went there to get parts for my car and while I was looking I was told that I could look in the front then a man in a tractor started to yell from down the path to check with the office so I did and they said they sell won't sell me the parts because they haven't put them on eBay yet seems crazy they would put a customer they don't have yet in-front of one offering to buy the part on the spot in person

They list their prices far below the market average in order to show their listings first in searches. When people are shopping for used parts, of course they want the CHEAPEST price, otherwise they would buy new. But then these guys charge an insane amount for shipping, claiming it's freight, so they can assume to charge whatever they like. In this case, it was over 100% of the cost of the actual item. What if you are nearby and decide you want to pick it up yourself? Well then they drag their feet and never remove the shipping charge, still expecting you to pay it up front. Who knows what will happen when you show up to the yard? Maybe they will suddenly be out to lunch? Returning in an hour? They are not reputable, but what do you expect from a junkyard?

Crazy overpriced and the worst layout of any yard I’ve ever been to. If you’re going to overcharge for parts, at least organize your cars in an easily accessible manner so that people can get into them to pull what they need. They also don’t rotate their inventory often so people are constantly picking the same cars over and over. There are much better yards in the Boston area than Jack’s.

Jack's a junk yard that has a lot of cars to pick and save... As long as you know what your getting yourself in to. Picking in a junkyard is inherently dangerous and should only be done by fearless people and mechanics only. If you come in here to pick, bring your tools, a equally brave buddy, some bug repellant and some grit. your also going to get dirty so don't be surprised when you come out with several layers of dirt and grease. Jack's a decent junk yard. Didn't necessarily find what I was looking for but I did see a bunch of old cars that I would of loved to pick out of.

If you need help finding something these guys can literally point you in the right area, solid group and great business practice, always busy. If you are ever looking for an automobile part and you want to get parts from them or yourself, this is a great yard. Always wear PPE when navigating I would suggest to all. As it has been said Jack's is been around for a long time, I have been going here off and on when needed for over a decade, good thing is it's a family owned business working trying to help you repair your vehicle for less.Give them a call or visit with the intent to pull a part if you can find what you need safely, I'm sure they can help you out as others have said. Solid 5 Stars.

Jack's is an awesome company. I grew up "shopping" there with my dad on weekends. The guys working there are all dedicated to what they do, and work hard to make sure everyone walking through the door gets what they came for. Old model stuff that you can't find anywhere... Jack's has it! Honest company, hard to find car parts and a fair price. Why would ya go anywhere else?

First call I was asked to call back the next day because they where to busy. I called back the next day to inquire about a hub cap THEY posted on Carpart.com. I was told they would inspect the part ( which thay had listed as A-1 no damage) and they would call me back. Day 3 no call back, so I called a 3rd time. This time I was assured they would get back to me with an answer. That never happened. Day 4, my 4th call on a hubcap. Now I'M informed they don't even have 1. With insurance companies holding shops accountable for rental days, then forcing those shops to pursue used "A" quality parts because irresponsible yards list parts they have never even inspected. There should be penalties enforced on those shady yards..
