Unbelievable. Called first to inquire about battery testing and replacement, which I was told they could do. Nobody in the store, had to go searching for an employee. One was in the break room eating, the other in the bathroom for over 10 minutes. One employee looked up my car and battery and brought the battery out for me to purchase. The employee tested the battery and said it failed and needed to be replaced. Then he went back into the store and back room without coming back out. I found the other employee who did not know where the first employee went. After 40 minutes of little to no help, they told me that they could not replace the battery because it had to be "professionally installed". I had AAA come out to my house, and told me the battery has lots of life left in it and it does not need to be replaced. After the jump start, I just need to let the car run for a while to recharge the battery. Never will I step foot in that store again and will be sure to tell family and friends to stay away as well.

I was here to use UPS drop off. The staff was friendly and very helpful. He did reminded me normally they don't tape the label to the box. I thought they have those sticky plastic bag from UPS. He explained they only scan it nothing else.

Leaving a rating for Roy, he went out his way to explain the only battery option that was available at the time. He stepped in during my conversation with an employee there who wasn’t as helpful and acted annoyed to assist. Customer service goes a long way — kudos to Roy for being a great example!!

Both windshield wipers broke due to snow and ice. They replaced right away despite the freezing cold and gusting winds, and were very professional and polite. With more bad weather on the way, I would have been stuck at home until I was able to get them replaced. I am very grateful for their help.

Don’t buy any battery from this store!They claim selling the battery with a 3 years warranty but when you go back after 2 months to get it a bad battery replaced they don’t accept it and play a lot of games around like oh I don’t know how to replace it my manager is sick or it’s good enough you don’t have to get it replaced even the test they run at the store saying otherwise.Advance auto parts in Billerica should go out of business there is no customer service at all.Will never buy anything ever again from Advance auto parts.

Everytime I go to this store location, it is closed due the lack of employees or “on a 45 min lunch break”, but it’s definitely longer than that as I went next door to grocery shop and that 45 min break is more like 1 hour and 30 min + break because the door is still lock. They should just close this location. It’s a joke.

I walked into the store yesterday to get several bulky items. The associate at the counter (Alan M.), rolled a cart to me and said they're in the back and refused to help me with these large bulky items. After loading the cart myself, I walked towards the front to see him leaning on the counter on his phone. Horrible attitude, very condescending and no help whatsoever. I have been to the store twice, spending over $200 each time, but I won't be back.

Bill at AAP in Billerica, MA went up and beyond to help a customer in need. I was very pleased with the customer service I received in helping me get the right parts I needed on time so that I would have a working vehicle the next day. A++ customer service. Thanks again Bill and staff!

The employees at this store are great, they’re very considerate and helpful. I’ve only purchased a few items from here but use it as a UPS shipping location to send items out often.I will note that I give UPS (NOT this advance auto parts) a 1 star. I dropped off a priority overnight package expecting for UPS to pick it up at night. They didn’t. The UPS driver never showed up. My package had to be kept frozen so I was forced to return here ASAP next morning to take the package pack, reopen it and put the contents back in the freezer.Looking through my shipment history, UPS has taken up to 3 days to pick up from this location sometimes.Again, the employees were great. One of them let me in the store before opening time and returned my important package to me. But don’t EVER send anything important or time sensitive via UPS from here.
