My husband tried to surprise me with an arrangement for our anniversary. They didn't follow delivery information and ruined the surprise.
I called the florist to ask a question on how to care for the flowers and was laughed at. The lady on the phone was rude and i didnt appreciate what she said either. It was unprofessional and unkind. I asked my husband to stop going here for flowers.
Update: This response is disappointing. When I called I actually told the lady who answered the phone that I wanted to take care of the flowers. I was happy until I was laughed at and spoken to poorly. I let the person finish talking and then said goodbye.
I wish the delivery was the only thing that happened because it was easy to forgive but not the behavior or the staff and the misinformation I'm being told here. I promise no one called us. They rang our door bell system at 2pm. My husband and I reached out with all good intentions.

Wouldn’t take my order because my card was flag as fraud ? But wont take any other cards telling me i used a credit card when i used a debit card.

Just received a delivery that someone from out of state. It was very nice.
My wife and kid were out at an activity and I was leaving the house to meet them. I found the delivery inside my living room and figured my wife had brought it in from the steps. I found out she did not.
So the delivery person opened my front door, entered my house and left the delivery inside. It’s a single family home. Doesn’t seem right to me. Guess I need to lock my doors when I’m home too.

Just had to comment again. Wonderful service via phone and absolutely gorgeous arrangement! If I lived near this area and not out of state, I would use Ward's every time I needed flowers!

I wasn't home when these unexpected flowers arrived. I got 2 phone calls letting me know where they were being left, that the ambient temp was ok to leave them and please don't hesitate to call if I had any issue. They're lovely and I am very happy with the flowers and service.

What I ordered and what was delivered was not remotely in the same ballpark(as you can clearly see in the photo). The entire office that the arrangement was delivered to could not believe the photo on website compared to what was actually delivered. Ordered the arrangement online from Teleflora(who chose Ward's). After calling and emailing them the photo Teleflora apologized and offered me a full refund. I would much rather have paid for and received what I ordered than to have to take the time to call and complain, email photos and write a negative review. Very disappointing and dismayed that Ward's Florist would let that arrangement go out their door compared to what was actually ordered. At the time of order a week before delivery date, I even paid for the upgrade extra charge for more added flowers in the arrangement. As you see in the photo, that certainly did not happen. I would not recommend using Ward's Florist in Beverly MA.

On Wed. Dec 20 I called WARD'S, I requested a same day delivery by 3pm. I spoke w/ Bret at approx. 11am and explained my situation, being sympathetic to my request my order did make it to its destination by 3pm!I can not say THANK YOU enough, as it "made the day" of my recipient, and the piece I chose was prepared flawlessly and beautifully.Thank You to Bret & the whole Staff at "Ward's Florist & Greenhouse" for making the day of a much deserving person.Regards,DFC

Just had a truly beautiful, fresh bouquet delivered Saturday. Service with a smile. Among the many impressive qualities, the roses are beautiful in the bouquet. So often, roses are tight, and never open. These are velvety, lush and beautiful. They are gorgeous with the white lilies. I was unfamiliar with Ward’s in Beverley. But now, I will be sure to use them in the future. Thank you!!

Received an amazing delivery on 11.14 from friends, who chose Ward's fresh floral arrangement for delivery to my home to acknowledge the loss of my father. They were beautiful in every way. Amazing job.

Great service! They arranged a beautiful bouquet for my Mother's birthday. I had asked for bright colors, and gave them free range to do as they liked. So very impressed! Very affordable. Definitely reccomend, you won't regret it!

UPDATEThank you, Ward's, for responding so quickly and professionally to this review. I appreciate and respect your dedication to makingcustomers' experiences positive. I will continue to support your business with future purchases.---Decent product, but terrible communications. I've used Ward's a handful of times and, while their product is good, the service is subpar. I generally need to call to confirm delivery time frames, that the order was what was listed on the web site, etc. I've spent a fair bit of money with them, but they won't be getting my business moving forward.WARD's: People can get a bunch of flower arranged anywhere. The value you bring is your service level and how you make people feel. Recently, you're doing a poor job and your service has gone down hill.

Ward's has been my go-to for holiday flower arrangements since I was a child, so when I was planning my wedding and experience sticker shock from other florists, I figured reaching out to them was worth a shot. I was introduced to the incredibly sweet Katie to help with wedding flower and went in for a consult. I was immediately sold. Katie had a huge binder of potential arrangement options, helped guide this clueless bride, quoted us WAY less than anyone else, and when I arrived at the venue on my wedding day, flustered and overwhelmed, it calmed me immediately to see the GORGEOUS floral arrangements in place early. Everything was absolutely stunning, and the guests who got to take home centerpieces were delighted with them! The corsages were all tied in a way that made them easy to affix. My hairpiece and bouquet were a piece of art. Everything was even more beautiful than described and much less expensive than every other place we went to - and Katie's kind and calming demeanor was the cherry on top!

Customer service is unrivaled. I had a last minute change of delivery address and the customer service was extremely cordial and accommodated the change without issues.
