Visited the Beverly store yesterday. I Was so fortunate to be serviced by Anicia.. She was knowledgeable, professional and tech savy along with extremely patient with all my questions. She was extremely efficient and a superb multi tasker. Outstanding experience. She is a great advertisement for Verizon .
