What an awesome tech team at this Verizon location!! I needed a new phone and to switch carriers. My old phone had a broken screen which caused issues, but the team there worked patiently and tirelessly to get it all sorted out. They deserve a bonus!!

I have been having a real problem with my phone. I took it to Verizon next to Whole Foods & was greeted by Ashley. I can not express how wonderful she was. She went above & beyond. I would highly recommend her if you are having any issue's with your phone. Sincerely, Alice

I cannot say enough good things about Ashley. By far the best customer service I have experienced in any industry. She is professional, extremely helpful and patient and has your best interest at heart. Seriously, Verizon has a gem having her as part of your team. Go see her ! You won’t be disappointed!
