I've been a patron of this post office for nearly a decade, and it's disheartening to report that the service has deteriorated significantly due to the behavior of one particularly unprofessional clerk. This individual is not only slow and rude but has also created an environment so stressful that I feel anxious every time I need to visit. Last week, he closed the office before the official closing time of 5 PM while customers were still arriving. When I tried to mail a card at 4:55 PM, he flatly refused, claiming he works "on his time." It's unacceptable and confusing since I wasn't aware that USPS operates on individual clerks' schedules. This isn't a mom-and-pop shop but a taxpayer-funded institution, and the level of service should reflect that. It's high time USPS addressed these ongoing issues—I truly hope they take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to ensure better customer service.

If you’re open until 5pm, stay open until 5pm. And then when I say calmly, “it’s 4:55” (according to the international clock/ phone), do not argue and say that it’s “5 o’clock.” You know that it wasn’t, and it means far more to me that you keep your hours than it does to you closing 5 min early (or more.. I don’t know when you pulled the curtain closed). You have no idea what some people have gone through to show up to a post office, with crying 2 month old and two big kids, and the importance of getting out a package. Photo of the time when I had already gotten back to my car (with kids in tow, and buckled them in) and sat down to write this.

Was having a wonderful day until I went to this post office there was a older guy with glasses who was really rude to the point my anxiety started to kick in i didn’t understand why he was being rude and I was being nothing but polite I then continue The process so I can shipped out a package he then told me to write where the package was going And as I try to use the table where the customers usually writes he told me I couldn’t use the table to write it in front of him which is Unbelievable I say that to say this I will never go to this post office again and I work in the common center I will drive to another location just so I don’t have to deal with somebody like that

The goofy looking guy with the glasses that works there is slower than a snail and as unprofessional as I've ever witnessed.

Told me his computer was down because he didn't want to do 9 international registered letters, yet did the people before and after us?

Wonderful customer service. The mail carrier, Jose, doubled back at the end of his route to deliver a package for my daughter when it was realized that it had been marked for the incorrect route. To go that extra distance (literally and figuratively) to deliver a package for a girl on her birthday really restores a little bit of faith back in humanity for me. I thank you all for making my daughters day. Keep up the extraordinary work!
