I am extremely disappointed because I left work early to get to the post office before five p m. Post office on Tozer road was closed half an hour early. This whole process has really been infuriating.Seeing that my son's medication should have been delivered to my home.

Was waiting for a package. Called and Anthony P. (only asked for the first initisal of his last name) ansered the phone. Gave him the tracking number. He said he would call me back when he found it, he did, He looked it up and was able to tell me when it would come. All I can say his help was most appreicated,

The WORST!!Packages delivered to wrong address, when I called the manager he said he would send out the guy who delivered it.The guy came and put them on my table in my yard!!!Called 2 more times and was told again the guy would come back. He NEVER came either time. Our regular mail lady is awsome, but the part- timers they are using could care less

the employee was very helpful by phone. I am with a business in another state. I called for help tracking a UPS package that was delivered to that location, ultimately destined for S. Hamilton. The person explained clearly that Beverly is a giant receiving hub for the area and that packages arrive there first. This may be good info to know of you live in the area. They deal with and disperse massive quantities of mail, and packages from UPS, Fedex and DHL, to surrounding post offices. With so many stops and trucks and hands between a sender and receiver, the risk for issues naturally increases. In this world of maximizing cost and efficiency, this is what we are gonna have to get used to, unfortunately. We want it NOW, for next to nothing. Logistics is a tough game.

I called to try and redirect a package I had marked with the incorrect apartment number on; the guy who answered ( after 2 rings and no automated pick up!) took my information, located the delivery person, re directed the package and called me back a couple of hours later to let me know!

NO STAMPS are sold here. They will take your stamped outgoing mail though.

This is now the second time within the past couple weeks that I have had packages “out for delivery†that suddenly don't arrive because they can't access my door. Nonsense. The walkway is shoveled. We are at the end of the route and clearly the mailman decides its been a long day and doesn't want to deliver our mail.

Multiple times they have claimed I wasn't there for a package delivery when I was home. This last time they must have saw me standing out front because they claimed "they could not gain access" to the delivery spot. It's 58 degrees with a slight over cast. No snow, no obstructions, just me standing in front of my door talking to my neighbor when I got the text saying they couldn't deliver. I called and asked for it to be brought back to me and I was told they couldn't and then was hung up on.

I knew I had a package out for delivery. It snowed last night, I get that. But my steps have been clear since 8 am and there is a notice from the sender that the carrier "tried to gain access" and could not deliver. I have been home all day. This doesn't make sense.
