New location at 47 Enon Street looks great: spacious, comfortable parking— you can park just in-front of the store entrance to download heavy and bulky shipments boxes. Guys inside the store are helpful. The manager Nick with his team delivers. I think the owners have taken a right decision for this new location for helping customers better, like me. I had to ship overnight shipment and the gentleman at the desk took no time in handing over the tacking number and receipt. Thank you guys. Keep it up!

I just wanted to share my experience with the new, re-located, UPS in Beverly and one of their employees. Vik was able to help me out and accepted my package for return from Nike without it being packaged and with just a QR code and all ONLY because at another UPS location that’s how I was able to return it even though it’s supposed to be packaged.If only everyone followed the same rules it wouldn’t be as confusing.Thank you Vik!

This place is so dirty. There is a layer of dust on just about every surface. I can't say anything about the demeanor of the employees as I've only had short interactions with them, and they didn't say more than a word each time. DO NOT bring young children in here as it ALWAYS smells strongly of marijuana. Yikes.

I had to return a package to Amazon. The service here was very good. I didn't have a printer so I was able to email them my label and they printed it out for me for $1.50. Thank you for the excellent service

I don't want to paint the entire store in a bad light, and everyone has their "off" days however in my years of customer service I'd have never treated someone the way I was just treated by the man working intake at this location. Simply unacceptable, extremely rude customer service...Threatening "abandonment" of my packages that were all printed and labeled if I left early to pick up my grandmother from dialysis, and I've been told I'm "all set" to leave my pre printed and labeled packages everywhere else I've ever done this... Even if it is technically accurate (who knows) his comms and engagement were truly unacceptable.

Don't go here if you need to have a document notarized! I waited my turn in line, then was told he would have to take care of everyone behind me because notary services take 15 minutes. Meanwhile people kept coming in. I asked how long I would have to wait. He said he didn't know. Rude and unacceptable.

The attendant at this Dodge St, Beverly is exceptionally rude. He was difficult with the woman ahead of me in line and a fresh smart mouth punk with me. He should not be working with the public.

the worst customer service I ever had. The male staff dealing with my shipment had a horrible attitude. I was shipping 2 70-100 lbs luggages. The guy told me I had to put the Luggages on the scale on top of the counter and when I asked for help because it was too heavy for me to lift it up and place it on top of the counter he refused to help and proceed by saying well I have to weigh the luggages so you have to place it on top of the counter. he had me remove and place the luggages a couple of time so he could get the weigh and when he noticed I wasn't happy with his customer service be had the audacity to ask me if I was having a bad day. To complete my experience with that store. They lost one of my luggages, when I called to speak with a manager. the manager took a whole week to file a claim. after waiting for 2 weeks i called again for updates and he told me information that not even the ups claim department could find. I also informed the manager about my bad experience with one of the stuff and manager totally disregarded my complain, not even an apology, instead he said he wasn't at the store that day so he did not know what happened and couldn't do anything on that aspect. so overall worse ups ever. Will not be going back unless if it is to deal with my lost shipment.
